Stayed Mar 1, 2026Morning coffee on the screened-in balcony to the music of the fountain. Strolling to the beach or pool to enjoy the water, sun, sand, surf. Cocktails on the balcony to the sound of the peeper and crickets. Cozying up on the sectional sofa to close out the day with a favorite movie. All the comforts of home away from home … at the beach … on vacation. You simply couldn’t ask for more!

Stayed Feb 1, 2026Good morning,We had a great experience staying at this Condo. The Condo was very clean, very comfortable and well cared for. Also included were additional towels, bedding and beach extras,Having experienced Ocean Walk and the area, we always liked the easy access to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed watching 2 different space launches as well as swimming dolphins. We appreciated the opportunity communicating with the owners Chris, Jenny and their son when experiencing a minor household issue. They we kind and helpful. Our stay was the month of February, and it was lovely, quiet so enjoyable. Thank You Chris, Jenny and Mike we hope we left the Condo as clean as when we arrived.

Stayed Aug 2, 2022We had a wonderful stay at this New Smyrna Beach condo. The condo was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked and having laundry available in the unit was great. We enjoyed having beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards all there and ready to use. It was a short walk to the beach, which was pristine and not crowded at all. We also appreciated the pools and gym equipment on the property. Location was great... not a crowded area, but close enough to do day trips to Orlando, Cape Canaveral, etc. We would definitely stay again.
