Great location! The whole family really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable, and everyone slept very well. Having stayed in several places in the past, this is decidedly our favorite place so far! Can’t wait to come back for a longer trip!

We were disappointed with our stay. The listing advertised a hot tub, but there was not one on the property, which was a major reason we chose this rental. On top of that, the home was not clean upon arrival. The couch was noticeably dirty, several light switches were broken, and there were oracle cards left out, which felt unprofessional for a vacation rental.We reached out to the host regarding these issues and never received a reply, which was especially frustrating.The property has potential, but the inaccurate listing, cleanliness concerns, maintenance problems, and lack of communication made our stay far less enjoyable. I hope the host updates the listing and improves both the cleaning and responsiveness moving forward.

There were issues with the air conditioner noise in one bedroom and got very little sleep. Ceiling fan could not be used because it also made noise. Dishwasher appeared to have possibly mold in it. No views from condi at all.

Needs updated, sitting room needs more comfortable seating. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay

Communication was easy and the property was well stocked.

Overall nice place but we chose the place over others because it had a hot tub listed under amenities. There is no hot tub and when we asked about it they updated the listing instead of responding. Only enough comfortable seats for two. Had moldy smell,and dirty floors(beyond what is expected of beach property). Blenders and glassware were all dusty. Second bedroom mini split had dust buildup and a bright blue light that disturbed our sleep. There was a quiet setting that we found the 2nd night but zero sleep the first one due to ac noise. Two different sets of checkout procedures were left with conflicting information that were very aggressive in tone. Otherwise wonderful place and great location. Close to elevators. Would stay there again. Just needs some additional cleaning and communication.

Tried getting to beach prior to sunrise with no luck due to the gates would not allow us to go through the property seeing the pool area did not open till 8:00 AM.Sunrise is at 7:00 AMHad to go down road to gain public access to Beach.

Very nice property, very clean and well maintained

The unit was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all of the necessary items. The only negative was that there was no view from the windows.

The staff were friendly and did not shy away from our dog. The room was well kept and had everything you needed. No fault of the facility but dogs are not allowed on the beach which was a little disappointing. We did find a dog park where she was able to run around. The restaurant on site did not disappoint. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived on Saturday & left by Monday not knowing if the weather would worsen due to the impending tropical storm/ hurricane. I communicate understand that I did not purchase insurance, however I did reach out to the owner & she has yet to reply. Disappointed that there was no further Communication.. even once I informed them that we left the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time to Tybee Island. We are glad we chose to rent a condo at Beachside Colony Resort. The location is great, and having access to the beach from the property was a huge plus, especially since you have to pay to park everywhere else you go on the island!!! This area of the beach is nice too, not nearly as crowded as South Beach. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially Doreen! This condo is one of the inner condos that doesn’t have windows to the outside world. I knew this when I booked it and was a little concerned we’d feel like we were in a dungeon, but because the condo is spacious, bright, and decorated nicely it was fine! It was worth the savings to stay in this unit!!! The pools were clean and well maintained. There were plenty of lounge chairs available ea h time we used the pools. It’s nice that there are two pools because neither of them is very large. We are used to staying at resorts that offer activities such as ping pong, corn hole, pool games, and activities. We did miss those things, but overall Beachside Coliny Resirt was a great place to stay!

Great pool with a restaurant and bar. Extremely easy beach access. We have stayed here a couple times and will certainly come back. We did have some issues with maintenance, but rest assured, personal notification was made by the from office and everything worked out well!
