Living space
Set on the second floor of a condo building within the Tifton Cove neighborhood of Sawgrass Country Club, this home is accessed by a flight of stairs leading to thefront door. Inside, the open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, finished with comfortable furnishings and large windows that bring in natural light throughout the day. The living area offers an HDTV and a relaxed setting for conversation or quiet downtime, while a dedicated workspace provides a practical spot to stay connected.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a functional space for preparing meals, complete with full-size appliances and ample counter space. A dining table sits nearby, creating an easy flow for shared meals, whether you’re starting your day or winding down in the evening.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed and flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds, making it well suited for families or groups.

Bathrooms & laundry
Two bathrooms serve the home, including the private ensuite in the primary bedroom. Bathroom essentials are provided, and an in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor & amenities
Step outside onto the private balcony to take in fairway views and the coastal breeze. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor pool available year-round, along with beach access through the Sawgrass community access point. The home includes air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan, Wifi, and free parking for two vehicles, as well as self check-in via keypad.

Location & setting
Located within a gated community known for its quiet streets and natural surroundings, the condo offers easy access to local dining, shopping, and the nearby shoreline. The setting supports both relaxed days close to home and time spent exploring the surrounding area.
