You can hear every single thing that goes on outside including power tools at 4:30am (I am not exaggerating), garbage pickups, and the bar across the street until 1am.

We were able to walk everywhere, no need for a vehicle, it was aPerfect location !

Extra towels and blankets available if needed. Good floor Plan. Electronic keyed entries, Parking available around perimeter of building. Some parking is parallel. Restaurants with live music nearby. We only noticed this on Saturday night. Well appointed laundry room. Pleased with proximity to local shops and restaurants. Management helpful and responsive. You will enjoy your stay here!

Everything was lovely! We were there for our daughter’s wedding. We were busy all weekend and it was so nice to have a place to come back to that was quiet and restful.

Pam Martin's Fairhope Dreams is a wonderful escape from midwest winters. The condo is large, spotlessly clean and has an amazing wrap around balcony. The three bedrooms and two and a half baths provided plenty of room and privacy when my husband's two brothers visited for a week of golf. In addition to the fine cutlery and glassware, I enjoyed a hot water kettle for making tea. Several times a week, my husband and I walked to the nearby Kind Cafe for excellent bagels and tea and an always welcoming staff. Another nearby spot, Provision, has tasty treats, the brownie is notable, and a variety of sandwiches and bowls. The corned beef sandwich at McSharry's, a cozy Irish pub, is good. You will certainly hear the band there on Friday and Saturday nights. Another favorite is the Fairhope library with comfy chairs for relaxing with a favorite book or browsing their periodical section. Fairhope Dreams is a wonderful location for enjoying the shops, restaurants and galleries of downtown Fairhope. And it's all walkable!

Everything was great! Perfect location

Great location, secure, spacious, comfortable, clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Very responsive agent (had a teeny tiny mix up with the entry code but it was resolved promptly). But just so you know, there’s an Irish pub across the street and we could hear the music in the living room and main bedroom until 11-ish. Just music, nothing rowdy. Didn’t bother us at all.

This is our 3rd time staying at Fairhope Dreams and certainly won’t be our last! We love this beautiful condo and the location is perfect! The wrap around balcony is so nice to have your morning coffee and a glass of wine in the afternoon. They also put up a beautiful Christmas tree for us as well. The bedding is amazing and we were all very comfortable. Can’t wait to come back again!

The condo was very nice, spacious. However, one bedroom and bathroom were not cleaned from previous guests. We called property manager. Housekeeping came within an hour. The noise from the bar across the street was louder and went on longer than we were lead to believe from the listing. When leaving, we couldn't find the trash bins. Great location, very secure building, convenient parking, comfortable accommodations.

Several of the French doors were either very difficult to open and very difficult to lock and close. When we arrive, the front doors in one of the bedrooms was partially open.The furniture in the living room is really not adequate for six people which is the amount that can stay in the unit. There’s really only five seat seats, including three on the couch so it really wasn’t optimal for sitting in the evening to visit or in the morning to drink coffee together.Several of the blinds were broken or did not function properly.The bathroom for the two queen rooms had a broken door on the vanity.Overall, a nice unit, but definitely needs a little attention

This was hands down the most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed. It was clean, convenient, and peaceful. Every time we return to Fairhope, we know where we’re staying!

This rental was great!! Right in the heart of downtown Fairhope, you could walk every place you needed to go! Very clean unit and very comfortable beds!! Abundance of blankets and pillows also. Very nice kitchen set up, had everything we needed for a girls trip!! Wonderful price for it also!!

Enjoyed staying at the property. It is centrally located to many of the establishments in Fairhope.

We planned a last minute trip to Fairhope and booked this condo as we needed multiple bedrooms. From the minute we walked in it felt like home. It’s an absolutely gorgeous place and exactly what we needed. This condo was just perfect. Not only was it beautiful, fully functional it was in a great location. We were able to walk to practically everything in Fairhope. I would highly recommend staying here and we most definitely plan to come back.

We could not get the tv to work, even with the help from our contact person. The condo was beautiful. However, it said 6 people. There was barely seating for five. We weren’t allowed to move the furniture, so only two people could watch tv the way it was set up. One of us finally figured out that the previous person unplugged major cables Also a chair would have been helpful, especially in the master bedroom.

My daughter, her fiancé, and my parents (late 80s) stayed here for my niece’s wedding weekend. The location was perfect! It was so easy to get to shops, restaurants, and the venues for the wedding. The elevator to the 3rd floor was great with my older parents. The unit was decorated beautifully and there was plenty of space for all of us. We loved sitting on the balcony! I will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed a respite from Chicago winters in Fairhope Dreams condo. The downtown location means you can walk to restaurants and unique shops and galleries. Try Hello Gallery, Gallery by the Bay, and the Eastern Art Center for unique gifts and happy browsing. Shop owners are friendly and helpful. Most days we didn't need to move our car. Although there is no dedicated on site parking, parking availability was not an issue! The condo is spacious, extremely clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed reading and relaxing in the sun on the large wrap around balcony. The beds were comfortable; the tankless water heater ensured hot, plentiful water for showers. The heating and air conditioning systems responded quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed going to the Kind Cafe for outstanding bagels and tea before heading to the Fairhope library. The food at Ohana Poke restaurant was tasty and fresh. You can build your own bowl with many options to choose from. Across the street from the condo, the Irish bar features live and fairly loud music most Friday and Saturday evenings. The garbage trucks roll by fairly early, but these distractions are sporadic and don't distract from the pleasures of Fairhope Dreams!

The condo itself is great. Nice location, plenty of room. So we love the place. However, we did not have hot water until the 3rd day we were there. They came on the first night and checked it out. We could not take baths due to the hot water heater not properly working. They credited us for one night, which doesn't seem fair since we were on vacation and didn't have hot water until Wednesday. We arrived on a Monday afternoon. The master bedroom TV was not working either, but they replaced that on the 2nd night. So overall we love the place, but do not feel properly compensated for a lack of hot water. It really messed up our stay. They ended up replacing the tankless hot water heater on the 3rd day we were there. The nightly fees aren't that much, as we all know, it's all of the other fees. So 107 for a refund did not seem adequate.

Exquisite in every way!

We truly enjoyed our stay this past weekend at Fairhope. The Christmas decorations were beautiful & you couldn’t ask for a better place to watch the Christmas parade than from the balcony of the condo. Plus the condo was within walkable blocks to a lot of really cute shops & delicious restaurants.

This was our second stay here and it was great!
