Fabulous views from this oceanfront condo with close access to beach

I would have given the place 5 stars for everything but the carpet was not very clean and there was a 3x3 hole in the ceiling that was not patched up well. The view was amazing, beds comfortable and everything else was clean. We loved the hot tub but it was a bit loud in the master bedroom so if you are a light sleeper you will want to sleep in the other bathroom. we loved the separate bathrooms in each bedroom.

Owner or person who showed up at 11:00 entered the place without knocking, was pissed we were not gone while i was clearing bring bags and loading out was very buligerant and just finger thumped the fridge where the ridiculous rules were posted. After paying $400a night $1600 total after cleaning fees for the 3 night stay. they demand you to strip all the rooms you slept in take out all the garbage cans and start a load of laundry for them. On top of the overly high cleaning fee charged as well. Would have stayed again but the owership and how we were treated at the end of our stay left an awful feeling for the trip and we will never stay at an A1 property again. Would not recommend any of their properties.

It was a bummer not to have a functional hot tub. Porch chairs were a little sketchy

Great location. Place nice and clean and the veiw was great. Wife loved sitting in the hot tub everynight and listening to the waves.

Enjoyed our stay and was a great view of the ocean and waves. We did have issues with the patio door which we had seen in other reviews. The maintenance guy had to come show us how it worked. Also couldn’t get the smaller tv to work but saw it only worked for DVDs which there were none of, so if you or kids that you bring want ch TV bring some DVDs. Enjoyed the time we had there.

Fantastic place to stay!

Home was comfortable, lovely, and had great views. Cleaners were still there upon our arrival over an hour past check-in time. Hot tub lost heat on our last night which was a bummer.

Thank you for a great week of blue skies!! Our stay was nice but would like to add some suggestions..Fix bar in shower! Could be a liability.Maybe add some some shampoo.The patio door is really hard to open, rusty lock at bottom. It would have been nice to made aware of the construction upstairs, as the noise was a bit loud. The unit was nice and we enjoyed our time!

We loved our stay at this property! The views out the windows and from the porch were fantastic. Being able to sit in a covered hot tub and watch the waves crash was excellent. The weather cooperated, but we had the reassurance of knowing the hot tub was under cover. Access to the beach was a short walk away, as well. Very comfortable and enjoyable time!

Great pricing for a nice view, and spacious area. Good communication and area has lots to do around. Maybe a little too much chlorine in the bath tub, but definitely coming back again.

The space was comfortable and the location is fantastic! The host was responsive and helpful. The only drawback was the little extras that seem more common with vacation rentals were sparse-- no spices, coffee/tea in the kitchen, no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom-- so we ended up having to buy some things. But overall, a great stay!

The host did an excellent job at communicating the details and the views are unmatched.

Beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. This place is a perfect piece of heaven. Very clean, comfortable and close to everything.

Never received email with check in information until I called. Got emails from VRBO but not A1 Beach rentals as my email was transferred correctly. Unit had not been cleaned. No bedding on beds. Bathrooms and Kitchen dirty. No soaps or shampoos in showers. Unable to sleep in oceanfront bedroom as hot tub ran loudly all night and vibrates against wall. Batteries dead in tv remotes. No rugs outside showers and floor very slippery when exiting after a shower. Carpets stained.

Our stay was very nice. Comfortable, clean and a beautiful view! We had kind of a hard time opening the door going out to the balcony, but we got it opened Great location with plenty of parking. Would go back again.

Location was perfect. The condo was very nice. Parking was challenging, even with one vehicle, and the flies were horrible.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was just as pictured. The hot tub was a perfect way to spend the evening on the balcony. The beach access was just a short walk away.

It was great — very clean and well stocked and great communication. Didn’t lack for anything. Had a difficult time getting the key as the lever to pull down was hard to push down with my arthritic fingers and getting in and out of the patio door was difficult. Property management folks were so helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

Beautiful condo and spot! Loved the layout of the property. It was nicely decorated and stocked with everything we need! Beach access was a short walk away as well. The only less than desirable note was being on the ground floor. We often would use the hot tub but other guest's used the back common area as a walk through, so we were often met with people coming by. Or those who would sit in chairs out there would be in our view. It wasn’t anything negative or something that can change but if you want more privacy, I would look for one of the upper units. We enjoyed dinners at the kitchen table while watching sunsets, windows were big and opened nicely. We will stay here again!

This is an absolutely beautiful spot! The view is incredible and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again! Lots of towels which was nice because a lot of times for long stays they only give you a couple of towels. It was spacious, clean, and the grounds nice and quiet.Close to everything and Lincoln City has many great restaurants and shops to visit. Also driving through the city you see so many different and beautiful views of the ocean.

My granddaughter and I had a good stay. There were a few hiccups but they were quickly rectified. I highly recommend staying here. I will stay here again,

Very nice condo overlooking the Oregon coast/ Lincoln city.. Great location, 5 minute walk to beach access and short drive or walk to middle of Lincoln city. Very relaxing place with amazing views!!

This place was great! Clean and comfortable. Make sure you abide by all the 11 o’clock check in as they will come right in at 11:03… other than that would consider staying again!

Well equipped, wonderful location and clean. The hot tub is a little noisy as it cycles, unfortunately its right outside master bedroom windows and ruins the ambiance of listening to the ocean as you sleep.

The property, ocean view, and location to shops were all excellent. The property manager was so prompt in sending me the rental information after booking I was almost suspicious I was hacked. This was a great place for our girls getaway!

Nice location and great view of the ocean. Cupboards a bit dusty and need cleaning but all else was very good. I would go back for even longer.

My friends and I have stayed in several units at Pacific Winds. This unit is by FAR our LEAST favorite. It was dirty upon arrival, dirty toilet, bathroom floor and sink area. It has a view of the ocean, but at sunset when you need to block out just part of the sun, they only have Full length Curtains on EVERY window, so you eliminate your ocean view to keep from being blinded by the sun. The kitchen is the least stocked I have ever been in. We had to do dishes every day just to have enough plates and silverware for 3 people. The pans and cookie sheets were not in good shape. No basic kitchen utensils, measuring cups etc. They also only give you one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, regardless of how long you stay. We would never choose to say in this unit again, we have stayed in so many other units that were so much better. Better stocked and more updates.

Definitely needs updates...melmac dinnerwear, no food storage containers for food in refrigerator, no extra towels. Dryer needs step stool to reach the top controls, outdated tv in bedroom with only dvd capability, extra quilt in closet not clean or washed. Hot tub heater or filter noisy all night. Old carpet and windows hard to close. Ice dispenser on refrigerator door has plastic coming out of it.

We loved the property and area we were located in. Perfect for a group of 4.

Loved this condo was perfect for our getaway

The place was clean and had beautiful views of the ocean. The bed was horrible, too hard and it made both my husband and I very sore in the morning and didn't have enough blankets on it. We slept very poorly. The hot tub was great and the kitchen was nice and the dining table qas big.

When we called them it took over 2 hrs to get it replaced. first lady did have a way to get a ladder there. When I called back and said I had been waiting for 2hrs. Lady freaked out and said its not even check in time. I was give a early check-in. She didn't believe me and was rude about it. Said I would have to wait tell there guy got off work at his other job. Pretty run down overall. Carpet was grows, shower moldy, dish very old and dirty and beds were horribly uncomfortable. Hot tub was clean but not very powerful and the bar for the lid was not useable do to it being pinned by the wall. Overall we had a good weekend.

I’ve stayed several times in this unit over the years, it’s one of our favorites!

We loved the location and hot tub. Bummer that the lock was broke, the ceiling had a repair that needed to be done and the hot water wasn’t good enough.

Reviewer Comments: Within our circle of friends over the years we have rented exclusively from A1, we go every year with girlfriends to the coast and that’s wonderful. But if we are talking about the rental this year, that is a different story. We have rented from A1 for many years never any problems until the last couple of years. The house we usually rented doubled in price and made it unaffordable.. This year we rented a condo in the same unit as we did last year. last year was absolutely amazing, this year was horrible. One week before our stay, we were informed that our unit had been sold, and that we would be put into an another unit at no extra charge to us. Imagine our surprise when we walked in expecting an upgrade. There was a huge hole in the ceiling covered by plastic because of a recent flood. The living room was half the size. The kitchen was not stocked and so we went to the dollar store and bought glasses, bowls and other small things that we were going to need . Those things are not that big of a problem, the biggest problem was that our door to our patio, which is open also to anyone else walking by was broken, not just a little broken, you could see daylight all the way around. We used bungee cords to secure the door at night. After calling A1 in Portland, we were informed that yes the handyman did know that it was broken, but he had to order a part. we felt vulnerable and unsafe the whole stay. This is not a gated community. So we had to take our valuables with us every day that we left just in case. No discount was offered, no room change was offered after making management aware of the problem, but we did get kudos for using innovation with the bungee cords. Very disappointed in our condo this year.

We had a bit of an issue with the patio door but managment was quick to find a way to get the issue resolved in a reasonable amount of time. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked had we needed to use it. Location was great and pretty centrally located. 10/10 will be returning on the future.

Very comfortable condo. Spacious and private setting. Beautiful view!! Downside was after Saturday they didn’t seem to want anyone parking up close to the building so they used pylons to block the spaces. We need handicap so that was not good. Otherwise, it was a nice stay

Great location and accommodations! Perfect place for kids to stay as well. The view was incredible and surprisingly got to watch a couple whales each evening from the deck!

The condo is as described and my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. It was not as clean as I would have hoped. There were crumbs in the refrigerator, smeary shelves in the freezer and the bathroom floors could use more detailed work. We felt safe and comfortable there and enjoyed having windows and door open in the mild weather we were lucky enough to have.
