Fabulous vacation rental with Blue Skies and White Sand

We had a great time during our stay. Communication was excellent. Check in and check out was easy. The condo is in a great location with beautiful views of the beach.

The room was very clean and the resort was very family friendly with several options for the kids. Owner was very easily accessible. Great vacation!!

We had a great stay at Phoenix V for our Orange Beach Vacation. Our property manager was quick to respond to any messages, the property was very clean, and the condo was beautiful. My family enjoyed the condo and our stay!

We loved the property & would go back again! We loved the lication & the pools & splash park & hot tubs! Elevator malfunctions were the only issue.

Excellent location and Owner was great!

The property was a great location in Orange Beach and the pools were great for the kids. This unit was on the older side and could use some updates. At check in, we had to pay 55 for parking per vehicle which I was unaware of prior to the stay. The dryer unit was not working but the property owner called and came by to investigate in a timely manner. Overall, was a good weekend to come visit back home.

Loved every minute of it great view from the balcony, great amenities and you were great to work with making our stay very seamless. We hope to use you again next year.

Two elevators were down and the outdoor swimming pool was flagged off. Jason, the man who helped us book the room, was great !!! I will definitely request him next time

We stayed the month of February and the elevators were constantly broke down, never enough elevators for the amount of people here. Terrible customer service!Another problem was the outdoor pool, not working for the entire month of February!

Loved this place. Everything was clean, in good order, and the view of the Gulf from the balcony in the morning and evening were incredible. We are already planning to come back!

Our stay at Phoenix 5 was great! The splash pad was a hit for my 2.5 year old and the indoor and outdoor were spacious and clean. The elevators were by far the biggest issue. They’re very slow and if you don’t have early check in you will wait up to 20 minutes to catch an elevator. Also, if you plan to stay here I would suggest checking in on a weekday not a weekend because that is the busiest time and the elevators are packed to the max. 10/10 on pool, beach, and splash pad. 4/10 for slowness of elevators.

Negatives, could have used more than 4 towels and wash cloths for 3 people for 7 days. Bed comforter in master was not clean. TV remotes didn't work. Positives, nice views from balcony, nice property èasy access to the beach

Everything was great. The only negative was the elevators. There were not enough elevators for the number of people staying in the place. We waited for 20 minutes at one point. Other than that, the room was great.

My mom, step dad, husband, and 4 year old stayed at this condo. The condo had a room with 2 double beds and another with a king bed. Each room has its own bathroom and tv. The king bed room has direct access to the balcony. This was perfect for our family! The location of the Phoenix V is perfect as well! You’re very close to Walmart and Publix, 2 gas stations, and tons and tons of restaurants and fun activities such as arcades and putt putt. The beach had umbrellas and chair sets for rent which made it easy! The pool and splash pad have 0 shade though besides 1 pavilion at each so we were not prepared for that. Overall this place was a 10/10 for my family!
