Stayed Dec 12, 2025Great little condo, nice, cozy and welcoming. Host was great and gave easy to follow details on how to find parking spot and location of condo. I was in town for my son’s basketball tournament and this was a good little getaway spot. Onsite restaurant was good too.

Stayed Nov 23, 2025The unit was clean and comfortable for two. Checkin instructions were lengthy but very helpful. Responses to messages were timely. It wasn’t warm enough to use the outside pool but it looked very inviting. If you plan to use the pool or the beach. Bring your own beach towels. Would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 31, 2022It was very quiet, the pool was wonderful and the view of the Colorado River from the pool area was amazing. It is a long way to get to anything, so if you are staying here to go to Austin, be prepared for a good hour drive. It is 30-45 minutes from anything. Lowe's market was a good place for wine, groceries and it was about 10 minutes away. The restaurant at the villa was not open at all while we were there, so there is NO on-site dining or bar because of the times/days we stayed. There was a really good place about 10 minutes away that had good food and a bar. The bed was comfy and the AC worked great. Very good water pressure in the shower and the kitchen had coffee, no tea, a few spices and plenty of glasses, plastic cups etc. I had trouble with the lock the first time we left, but the owner messaged me back within 5 minutes. Don't turn the inside bottom lock.... Overall, it was a fantastic mom/daughter trip!

Stayed Nov 13, 2020The property was in a nice area and the condo was nice could have been a little cleaner in the restroom but overall I would stay again in the summer to enjoy the lake.
