Stayed Mar 1, 2025The Renaissance Building are well maintained and a fairly busy place with friendly people. Parking is tight. The building is very secure and there’s a grocery store across the street. Location was great for getting out to other places like Balboa, Coronado, Point Loma, and Mission Beach. Airport is a 20 Uber awayOur unit was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The kitchen was tiny but mighty. I produced some amazing meals with the fresh fish from the pier and local markets. The only thing was the carpet was stained but if you are bringing a pet, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Takes the pressure off. Carpet and city living does not work well unless the shoes come off at the door. Walkability was great! Location was great!Dining options were endless. We had the best time and may book again over the winter.

Stayed Dec 17, 2024You couldn’t get a better place to stay. The condo had everything you needed. The location was absolutely wonderful Handy to restaurants,the train was two blocks away and Ralph’s grocery store was right across the street.Pam was easy to work with,with a couple of issues we had.All and all it was a wonderful two and a half monthsI also have to give the people of San Diego a shout out. They were so nice and helpful

Stayed Oct 1, 2024I had a great 30 day stay at this property. The building is in a great location, the unit is well kept/large, the concierge was helpful and parking was easy. The property owner was very communicative and accommodating for anything I needed. Would definitely recommend for an extended stay in San Diego.
