Fabulous Ocean And Intercoatal Water Views From Every Room In The Condo.

This condo is perfect. Clean, well kept, and right over the beach. Every room has a view of the water. You can relax on the balcony and watch the pelicans fly over. Butterflies come right up to the railing too. It’s paradise!We have stayed here twice and will be back again. The building is always clean. Elevators are quick. Parking is easy. Crescent Beach is perfect for long walks, boogie boarding, body surfing, skim boards, and biking. This section of the beach is never crowded so it’s perfect to just let kids be free.

The property was perfect for two couples with room to spare - clean, comfortable and the views were amazing! Also, the location could not have been better....the beach was absolutely stunning, and so relaxing. We hope to go back soon!

This property is just as listed. Perfect views of both the ocean and the river. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. Great for a family or multiple couples.

We had an awesome stay! The condo was as described. It was very clean and fully stocked. Communication was good. Truly perfect!

We have been comingto St Augustie for over 30 years. This by far was the best condo we have every stayed it. It had everything you would need. The viiews of the ocean were spectacular. We loved the patio to relax on at the end of day. Host was very helpful and always answered my questions promptly. Would highly recommend staying. Here We will definitely be back next year. This was a much bigger condo than we realized. The kitchen was fabulous and the condo building is quite. The beach was never over crowded which was wonderful for setting up your canopy. The only downside is there is a smaller building to the left that partially blocks your beach view to the left, but you can see straight out at the ocean, which was very nice. Condo was clean and well stocked. Pool is on the street side and the fishing pier was awesome to have. Older crowd in this building and families, very nice. Would totally stay again.

Wonderful place!! We had a wonderful stay at this Crescent Beach condo. Very clean and decorated perfectly! Comfortable beds and furniture, kitchen well appointed with everything we needed.

Every direction you look has a water view. Well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Communication with host was great. Three couples and we all enjoyed it even if the weather was not the best.

Our family has been staying here for three years now. This is our second time in this unit. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Our son is disabled and this room and condo are perfect. The only thing we noticed is the rugs looked unwashed and the living room rug needs to be shampooed. However, this stuff is minor we're just very clean people. This will not stop us from booking again. Trish is always a pleasure to work/communicate with. Thank you again for another amazing vacation week!

We had an amazing stay, location was perfect for our family. Great place for the guys to fish across the street at the private dock, and the beach was not crowded. The condo couldn’t be any more perfect, great views and it has everything you needed for your stay. All the beds were super comfortable and we will be coming back!

The Condo was everything it was advertised to be. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The patio was amazing with ocean views. Beach was easily accessible for evening walks and swimming during the day. We had a wonderful time! Trish thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!!

Stayed in June 2024. Condo was very clean, very well stocked with everything you might need, plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Great location with beautiful views. Easy communication with the owner.
