This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking!
We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow:
• Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight, and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of all rental payments, as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.
• Dog Size Limit: One or two (2) dogs allowed up to 75 pounds total.
• Pet Fees:
o 1 dog
• $175 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
• $275 minimum past 1 week up to per month
o 2 dogs
• $275 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
• $399 minimum past 1 week up to per month
Not Permitted:
• No dogs under 12 months old must be housebroken, neutered, or spayed.
• The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed:
Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid. We reserve the right to decline any dog for any reason.
Rules While On Property:
• Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
• All dog walks must take defecation off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and away from the property.
• Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
• Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.

Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as “An assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. An assistance animal is not a pet.” We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering to online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Florida Statute addresses this in Chapter 760.27, DISCRIMINATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS; MINORITY REPRESENTATION. We do not ask for documentation for either ESAs, Assistance Animals or Service Animals.

Indian Shores is a quaint beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets. Its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, fabulous seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.     Beautiful unit with a beautiful beachfront view. We saw dolphins every morning and beautiful sunsets every evening from the balcony. Unit is well stocked.

    Check in was easy, the kitchen is well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the location is exceptional. The beach gear is abundant. You have everything needed to enjoy the beach. Unfortunately there are negatives. The air conditioning was sub par for the main floor. The rooms were extremely hot and airflow low. The upstairs master had its own unit which worked well as long as the door was closed. I recommend individual cooling units in each room. It was oppressively hot and humid. The deck was completely unsafe. The wooden railing wiggled if touched. I wouldn’t dare lean against it. Many pieces of wood were rotting and needed replaced. Being on the top unit this was a huge concern. The spiral staircase to the master had loose railing as well. Did not feel sturdy. The upstairs bathroom while lovely had a horrible smell to it. Perhaps mold and hot insulation. It made me feel sick.

    Clean, well equipped, well appointed, roomy condo unit with a great ocean front view. This is a nice unit with direct beach access and a storage closet with lots of beach related materials. We enjoyed the roominess of the unit and appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was since we mostly ate in. Good location to attractions and grocery stores, eateries. Plenty of automated communications giving info. There was something in the listing that is no longer available, I brought it to managers attention and they said they’d remove it. I would however suggest more timely responses when a guest reaches out. Family vacation so it was nice to be steps away from the beach with nice accommodations to return to each day, thoroughly enjoyable.

    We truly enjoyed our stay! Overall the condo was great; great location, great price, great space and was really overall, very well stocked! But there were a few things that could use improvement. The extra towels were not in the bathrooms but rather in a dresser drawer and under a bed, which were not found until we bought more (cause who wants to do laundry every day on vaca). There wasn’t a potholder in the kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel. The room temps, even when following the AC rules, were very warm (and it wasn’t hot this week). Additional box fans would be great if this is a normal thing for this space. The upstairs bathroom was especially warm, my beach fan worked great though! The door doesn’t latch properly and is difficult to lock and unlock until you learn the trick-definitely can’t do if your hands are full! All are minor things, just something to consider for future guest. If our family wasn’t growing by two, we would rent again for next summer for sure!

    Great location on a beautiful and quiet beach. House had a great view, was quiet and had all of the amenities one could need. Really cool ocean themed decor throughout. We really enjoyed the stay. A couple of opportunities for things that could be improved: The elevator was broken which made it difficult for my mother-in-law to come and go, because it required her to climb four flights of stairs. Rules around check-in/out times (after 4pm, before 10am) and temperature restrictions for the unit (max AC could not go below 74 degrees), were a bit excessive.

    We came for the sea views and the beach and Piper’s Run 8 did not disappoint. The view from the deck, living room, and even the kitchen was dreamy with wispy trees framing it just right. You get a picture perfect sunset view every night. The beach is very nice and wide and uncrowded. You can take long walks in either direction. We especially enjoyed several beach fires toasting the sunset at the unit’s fire pit. The unit’s interior is spacious, very clean, and very well equipped including the kitchen where we cooked many meals. Especially nice is taking a bath in the upstairs bathroom. It is like being at a luxurious spa. The unit’s location in Indian Shores on Gulf Blvd is also just right. It is away from the busier ends that connect to the mainland with plenty of “mom and pop” style shops and eateries nearby. There are none of the usual corporate franchises in the immediate neighborhood that give it an appealing charm that is hard to find. All the usual corporate stuff is available on the mainland a short drive away. We especially liked the short walk to a new French cafe and bakery, Voila-Merci. They have scrumptious breakfasts and lunches and delightful french pastries. World famous and historic Columbia restaurant is a quick drive away up Gulf Blvd. This is definitely a five star property with a quaint and homey feel. Just right. :-)

    We decided to go to the beach for Christmas this year and found this house as the perfect venue. When we arrive to Seabreeze and sunshine. The house is fully equipped with everything that you could need or want. The views were breathtaking and it was a nice getaway.

    Great apartment for a large family or group of friends seeking a memorable vacation. The nautical and colonial decor creates a wonderful holiday atmosphere from the moment you step inside. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy, while the shared spaces (living room, dining area, balconies, kitchen) provide plenty of opportunities to spend quality time together. The apartment is perfectly located right on a beautiful beach and close to shops and restaurants. It is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, as well as sports and beach equipment. While some of the furnishings and walls could benefit from a refresh, the overall feel of the apartment is welcoming and makes for a great vacation. The booking process, check-in, and check-out were smooth, and the property manager was very responsive. Despite needing a few minor updates, we can wholeheartedly recommend this unique property to anyone looking for a special vacation.

    Wonderful location. Condo looks just like the pictures. Updated decor. Beds were comfortable. View is Amazing. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware. The main issue for us was the pet hair. I understand the unit is pet friendly but we do not have pets. The towels and washcloths were covered in hair and I had to wash them all before we could use them. There is a large rug in the living area that was also covered in hair. This was hard with a toddler. We were continuously washing off his cups from the hair.
