Fabulous and Brand New Downtown Condo with free parking and gym

Everything great. Only issue- remote for upper parking lot didn't work. Took a few days to get functional one. Very secure building with several entrances requiring a code. Water pressure low but this could be due water restrictions. Everthing clean and able to wash clothes, which is appreciated. Thank you.

The stay was great. Very clean condo with everything we needed for a getaway weekend. I received everything I needed to check in and check out via email, and have zero complaints about the experience. 5-10 min drive from downtown.

Property had so many amenities, including public bathrooms, pool, and gym, which were all so nice! The room itself was very clean, comfy, and had everything we needed to cook at home. Host checked in to make sure everything went smoothly with check in. I cannot speak enough to how amazing the location was; right off of 6th street and easy walking distance to so many iconic Austin eats. I can't wait to come back!

The condo is just as described in the listing. It was clean and bright, with all the basics need for a comfortable stay. One outstanding feature was the quietness of the condo - no noisy neighbors and no street noise. The indoor parking and the building were very secure and the neighborhood is nice. I couldn't ask for more for a stay in Austin.

The place was clean and exactly what we needed for a short weekend trip. The location was 2min walk to whistlers which is our preferred hang out when in town. The only thing we can complain about is the shower head/water pressure isn’t awesome, but not worth taking stars away. We came in super late and we were able to find the parking(which is also super cool that you have private parking provided) and our room easily. The condo itself is quiet and we had no issues at all with entry or other tenants. 10/10 would stay here again!

The condo was clean, the a/c worked great. We're not use to the humidity! Helen was easy to communicate with. Its in a great location, easy to walk to many restaurant's and shops.

Property was as advertised, clean, and conveniently located near many restaurants. Check in process was easy. Had one question for the host the day we got there and the hist replied within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.

Please make sure floors are cleaned. Sticky. Other than that, nice place and location.

Everything was good with the stay. Wished the bedroom had a door, would be my only suggestion.

Location was great. There was so much within walking distance. Place was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
