Fabulous 5 star resort and enjoy paradise!

Great location -staff was exceptional Hosts are very quick to respond Everything we needed was already in the pantry

We've stayed in both of this host's condos at Villa la Estancia. The location of either unit on the first floor provides easy access to the resort pools and amenities without trekking up multiple flights of stairs or getting stuck waiting for an elevator. The units are clean, comfortable, well furnished, and in great shape. The hosts are super responsive and easy to deal with. We are already looking to booking our next stay here!

Villa la Estancia is a lovely resort and we enjoy ourselves every time we come. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming.

Everything was great, just an amazing experience in Cabo’s . My wife and son were amazed also my self. I’m really thinking on buying one of thoses villas .Thank you to everyone. I will definitely come back to La Estancia.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa La Estancia! The condo had everything we needed with plenty of room for our family of 6. The location, the staff, the amenities..everything was perfect!

Comfortable large condo, beautiful grounds, large pool directly on the beach.

Giving 5 starts for the room only. It’s a Good property and well kept., The resort is 3.75 stars. Very clean and easy to get around, plenty of dining options. You can only use the restaurants at the other joining properties not the other amenities though. Also, dining is a bit expensive so I recommend doing the all inclusive package just remember to ask at check in. The beach isn’t the best and not relaxing. It is not private and literally every second you are on it you are being hustled to buy something from patrons on the beach. All in All it is nice but it wasn’t exactly what we were looking for.

Perfect spot for parents to relax while our kids were spring break-ing elsewhere Cabo!

Very nice place located in an oceanfront resort with pool & several bars within walking distance to The Office and all the other great restaurants

This is a great 1st floor condo, we walked out the back gate to the beach and pools every morning. The set-up is good to separate older kids in the second side of the unit

Absolutely loved this resort & condo. The suite was spacious, well equipped & super comfortable. The pool, restaurant, and onsite management is 5 star. Everything you need & more.

Very impressed with staffs efficiency and helpfulness. Our last night in the early morning a pipe burst from unit above. Water all over floors of primary bath and kitchen and dining room, including on our freshly washed laundry. It took more than a couple of tries of talking to people to clean up floors and get our laundry rewashed

This truly was the best experience we've had since we started coming to Cabo years ago. The check in process was seamless, the unit was FABULOUS, and everything about the resort was incredible from the service to the food to the overall experience. The location is unmatched and close to everything. Highly recommend for a couples trip like we did, or even with a family- we will be back with our babies very soon!!

We always stay at Estancia when we visit every January. We have stayed at a few different condos but we did like being on the bottom floor. Water is hot, pressure is great, ac works perfectly, beds were comfy! We had no issues and would stay here again! Oh and we had Happy Hour every night on the patio! It was great!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Villa and grounds are beautiful, location amazing and staff incredibly helpful. We plan to make this an annual vacation spot.

Condo was as advertised. Good location. Living room and patio furniture were new and very comfortable. It was convenient being on second level ground floor. Easy access to deli, store and the resorts on either side. Plenty of restaurants to choose from without having to leave the three resorts. The exchange rate was not very good so food was not inexpensive but it was good. Spa treatments were amazing!

My friend and I had a great time staying at the condo at Villa la Estancia resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed including spices to cook with, hair dryers, and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. It was very spacious, comfortable and relatively quiet. The only issues we had was the breaker kept tripping in the kitchen and bathroom area and one of the toilets kept running. The maintenance person came right away and fixed it for us. I would definitely come back to stay.

House was clean and nicely equipped. It’s priced right, close to town, and the resort has great amenities. We would definitely stay there again.
