The view was beautiful. However, we felt the accommodations were less than optimal. VERY uncomfortable sofa, the floors had no mats in the kitchen or bathrooms. And while I know the noise can't be controlled by the management company, we had trouble sleeping because of it. The door to the unit was very hard to open and close as well as the slider to the patio. The shower heads had very little pressure. Also, the unit was advertised as having a washer/dryer. If it does, it was behind one of 3 locked closets. We were told there were washer/dryers on each floor of the building. They were disgusting. Overall, this unit needs some serious updating. Accommodations vs what we paid just don't add up. Won't go to that unit or building again.

Beach view was spectacular and location was excellent! If you have never been to Destin, you need to go and experience this beach! Overall was a very enjoyable stay. Beds were comfortable and there were chairs and other beach stuff to use. There are some issues with the primary bathroom shower. Aside from being almost too weak to shower, there was something dark in the shower wall mechanism that I am hoping is built up mineral deposits. Because it is hard to tell what it is, the overall effect is negative and off putting. The cleaners did an excellent job, so any issues are for a handyman to fix by replacing that shower fixture. Fortunately, the beach and view are so amazing that almost nothing could keep this from being rated a 5 star property. I would come again, even with the shower.

Condo was in great location. Kitchen had all we needed to cook if we wanted to. Easy access to beach, and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a nice amenity.

Fantastic view of the ocean, fully supplied kitchen for cooking-in. Nice bonus was having beach, chairs and umbrellas available at no expense. Agents were available every day for any questions. Very comfortable mattress. Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for one week during our spring break. We loved it! Check in was easy. They gave us a code to get it. Once we arrived, we were welcomed by soft music playing on the TVs, as well as lamp lighting for a relaxing entrance. The layout of the condo was great - we had our room with attached bathroom, including the amazing ocean view. The kids had their own space and bathroom. This condo gave us a good mix of alone time, as well as family time. We did a grocery pick up when we arrived, so most of our meals were made at the condo. We did go out for a few meals, but it is a very congested, touristy area, so we didn't love getting out on the busy road to eat out. We did find that there were a few close restaurants straight through the main light that were easier to access. The beach was not crowded, and our unit included 2 chairs and umbrella daily. There is a bathroom by the pool, which was handy when we used both the beach and the pool. We loved the condo, loved the beach and pool being right there, and would definitely come back!

Clean room, smells good, sheets are very clean and smells good, beach view and pool. So nice!

We had 5 women and it was perfect for us! The view was great, the water was beautiful… Best in Florida!

When you book a vacation, you do not imagine it being infested with roaches. Unfortunately, that was our experience on this trip. We have stayed at Destin on the Gulf in different condos more than 5 times. This is the only condo unit where we have experienced this disgusting problem. We killed more than 12 roaches, most of them babies, throughout the week. Even after we were told they had come to spray 2 times, we were still killing roaches that were alive and well. I had nightmares about roaches and have been stressed all week about the possibility of them somehow getting into our belongings and infesting our home. One was crawling on the covers near my son’s face one morning. I was told to take pictures when the problem persisted, but I am not trying to have a photo op. I’m trying to kill them before they get away. We also purchased a Swiffer mop and solution because the floors were so filthy. It’s crazy because the condo smelled so fresh and clean when we entered that I thought it had been cleaned well, but I was very wrong. It seems they were aware of the roach problem because my dad found bait stations under the kitchen sink. I wish we would have been given an alternate property without this issue, but we were not informed of the problem prior to our arrival.

The property was very clean. The maintenance staff was helpful and friendly. We had a great stay and were very comfortable.
