F- Beautiful view of pool and gardens! Walk to beach!

Excellent stay. Very large apartment! Large rooms, comfy beds, free parking, good owner communication, great location. Perfect for what I needed!

Clean and spacious. Listing/pictures are accurate. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The bathrooms' tile is dated (original perhaps?), but clean. Lacks wall decorations, and walls are white everywhere with 1 wall painting (not a big deal for us since this unit worked for needs). While driving to the parking structure was a bit imitating/confusing at first, the assigned dedicated parking spot is a 5 minute walk to the condo unit.Communication was very good with host. Had an issue with the keyfob used for the entire resort/complex, and host responded quickly.

Check-in was super easy location was great. The walk to the beach was not difficult at all. The room was just as described and we had a great time. I cannot express how accommodating and easy it was to work with the host of this property even after I made a mistake with my dates.

The host Ben, and the check in instructions were excellent. However the building is under contruction, which we did not know until we arrived. The construction is outside and did not affect the stay, however the floors appeared clean, but everyones feet and or socks turned black. Not sure if this if from the contruction.

Floor was swept, but I don't think it was mopped recently. Unfortunately the balcony was closed due to the building getting painted. Had good amenities. Short walk across the street to the beach. Definitely somewhat dated, but overall I would stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there from October 19th to 23rd. The apartment is spacious and offers plenty of room. Everything you need is provided. Unfortunately, a light switch and electrical outlet in the bedroom and bathroom are not properly secured, making them dangerous to use. We also only learned three days before our arrival that an exterior concrete renovation program would be taking place there in the fall of 2025, and that there could be noise and balcony closures during that week. And that's exactly what happened. It was almost unbearable. The stay was anything but relaxing. It's a shame, as we traveled from Germany to enjoy our vacation. Unfortunately, that didn't work out.

The apartment was very clean and fully stocked. Our host was wonderful and extremely helpful with any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is a little dated and garage renovations going on. Apartment itself was clean and tidy. Property manager communicated several times asking about our stay.

The location and amenities are beautiful. The pool was one of our favorite events. There’s a park right next door that my kids loved. It is an easy walk to the beach. The communication with Ben and Mario and the property manager was very effective.

Beautiful two bedroom two bathroom clean and cozy condo located across the street from Sunny Isles Beach! Private parking garage located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale

Wanted a place close to Golden Beach to visit family. This two bedroom unit was close by, clean and convenient. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating to our questions and concerns. The building management changed the construction schedule and we had to let them in. The hosts were very accommodating and worked with us.. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had an awesome time at this condo! The location was perfect, condo was beautiful and very comfortable! We will definitely stay again when we go back! Hosts were absolutely amazing and made sure we had an awesome stay!

Everything was as stated and directions were very clear for check in and check out. Any questions were answered quickly and throughly. Great to work with and in a beautiful location!

Property had construction work in progress which unfortunately affected the visual appearance of the environment. We were not made aware of this construction prior to booking or arriving. Wasn’t awful just noisy and inconvenient with access in and out of the building. The location was great, easy walk to the beach. Apartment was well represented re rooms and plenty of space. The beach chairs and towels provided were extremely helpful and made the daily beach visits fantastic! Floors weren’t that clean. Overall I’d recommend staying here. The property owner was in communication with us on the day we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed and provided additional information on the are and things to do. Weather was amazing!!

We loved the location of the condo very close to the beach, 6 min walk. The unit had everything you need in the kitchen. However, the dishwasher needed servicing. The fobs didn’t work as the building is under renovation, security was not up to par and the banging started as of 9 a.m. The condo was clean, the washrooms need TLC. The manager was available for any questions and concerns. I would recommend this unit.

I understand that this is a rental property but essential there was bare minimum in the unit. The property manager was great and was available and responded quickly during our stay. Not sure I would stay again.

Lovely 3 night stay before getting on a cruise ship. Apartment was perfect and we really enjoyed the pool area. The coffee shop and little convenience store on premises were perfect. Would definitely stay again.

We even cooked breakfast one day and we had everything needed from dishes to pots and etc. The beach was walking distance and we had access to the pool and gym. We drove 20 minutes to Dania Beach Casino, another 30 minutes to downtown Miami, and 20 minutes to the Aventura Mall. The facility and The customer service was amazing. The owners of the property really showed out and made our experience unforgettable! We will be back!!
