Stayed Aug 24, 2025We loved our in town stay near the Beaver Pond. The view from the living room was amazing, the newly renovated kitchen was very nice, and the communication with the owner could not be better. The walk to town is short and the path by the river is so close. Would book here again!

Stayed Aug 5, 2025Excellent location; best view in Telluride and it is easy access to all the best Telluride has to offer-a Town Park, River Trail, Pacific & Colorado Streets, market, bike rental, coffee shops, restaurants and much more. Clean, in great condition with amenities and a great value to boot.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Our stay was wonderful. The location of our condo was so convenient and within walking distance to downtown and the ski slops. Our condo was so nice and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner of the property and answered our questions fast while we were there. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Stayed Jan 30, 2025Don has just about all you need at the property and it is well stocked. Really good for friends or family with adult children as distance to the lift and stairs may be hard for young kids to navigate. Would stay again without hesitation.

Stayed Sep 29, 2024Don was wonderful communicating with us from the moment we booked throughout our stay. He responded almost immediately each time I had a question. The view looking out over the beaver ponds is hard to beat. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The location is great too. We walked everywhere . Hope to stay at this condo on our next trip!
