Stayed Apr 6, 2026Absolutely loved this place! We are already thinking about next year. Property is exactly as described. Check in was a breeze and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Contact with the host was prompt and helpful. Literally steps from the beach. Perfect location for a large family with children from 4 months to 12 years.

Stayed Nov 24, 2022I have college kids and parents so parking cost us 55 dollars per car x 5 cars. I did not have that extra money at Christmas. Parking fees was emailed to me after reservation made, not in write up about the place. It made for a lot of stress. We spent a lot of time looking for public parking. No guard at gate when we arrived so had to get up the next morning to get a parking pass. Some construction but didn’t last long and noise blockers in bedrooms

Stayed Oct 8, 2022We had a lovely time at Pass it Down! Condo had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. More than enough room to accommodate our large family! Construction was going on next door, but they weren’t noisy at all, most of it looks like they are working on the interior now. Will definitely stay again!
