It was a nice property to stay at. Spacious, clean, comfortable, close to what we like. Only bad thing was the toilet didn’t work properly and then took over 5 minutes or more to fill with water if someone else had to use it

A friend of mine and I came up for a visit to TC for a wedding! Great cost effective stay without compromising quality. Close to downtown. Very clean!

Nice clean place. Great walking distance to downtown. It was warm in the bedroom due to the air conditioning unit being in the living room. Parking cost a little more than anticipated(I was told the parking garage was 10/day however it was 20/day and free street parking was only over night). Check in was easy. Kitchen was nice and stocked

Wonderful location, loved having bikes, bed comfortable. Everything was clean! A few issues, but it was beginning of the season, so hopefully they're fixed for the next person. Ice maker turn off was broken, so we had to empty the ice each day or it would overflow and the door wouldn't shut. The fire alarms beeped after every shower. Washing machine was mildewy smelling. A cleaning lady came to our place mistakenly and let herself right in after knocking in the middle of the day. Took an extra day to get ahold of host to get access to the bikes. I had to text, as there was no response within the app. However, she did quickly respond to text. We loved Traverse City and this place made it easy to access. Parking garage was 20 a day not 10, and there was no free or long term street parking, all meters. Great 20th anniversary despite the issues!

I messaged the property manager several different times and all of the messages went unanswered. I first messaged when I booked the place. It was my husband’s birthday, so I asked if they could kindly have a birthday message of some sort upon arrival. There was nothing. I was disappointed, but it’s not a deal breaker. Then, the toilet wouldn’t flush. The links on the chain broke apart. I messaged the manager. No reply. The sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain, and was leaking. Message sent. No reply. Lastly, while we were staying there, two people (I think they were cleaners) walked in. It’s a good thing we were just watching tv as we had just gotten back from an outing when they came in. It was really awkward, though, and they thought we were supposed to be checked out. I had booked the unit for two days and wasn’t supposed to check out until the next day. It made us feel a little unsafe. Again, messaged the host, no reply. I’m not one to complain, but the complete lack of responses after several attempts at communication was frustrating. Most of the issues weren’t huge in nature, but definitely annoying, especially since I spent so much for the weekend.

The apartment was clean and cozy however the road was loud starting at 530 am. Then it was constant through the day until around 800 pm.

We absolutely loved our time here! The place was perfect. It was very clean, close to everything and had everything we could want. We had a last minute change to our plans and the host was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

This unit is in a great location. A very short walk to downtown shops, restaurants and Clinch Park. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this unit and the one adjacent to this one combined and we love it. Mision Point to the NE and Leelanau to the NW. A beautiful drive with light houses, shops, small towns, beaches and some amazing wineries along the way. The notes in the listing do say public parking structure is $10 a day. It is $20 a day if your vehicle is in the structure for a long period of time. I left mine overnight and it was $17.50. This did not bother me but wanted to let others know just in case that is a limitation to you. Street parking is only a few blocks away so that is a great option if you choose not to pay. Great location, really nice and a very clean unit. We will certainly stay again!

The stay went very smoothly. No issues to speak of. The only item regarding the property that is worth mentioning is the bathroom sink drains is very slow, which should be a quick fix. Everything else was as described. Would stay again.

Great location. Can walk to everything. The bikes on property really make the place great. We went all over the city on them. Make sure you get the lock combo ahead of time. It was not listed in the check in instructions. Beach is also within walking distance. The bedroom faces the street and there is some noise, but the fan kept it from being a problem. You can park overnight on the first floor of the lot next door. You can use the app on your phone and pay in the morning from your bed. After 6pm and on Sunday parking is free. I would definitely stay here again.

The location for the Cherry festival and air show was great, however when I booked the property it appears to be a single cottage or smaller home. I was surprised to see it was an apartment with in a multi unit building. Because of the great location that also comes with a lot of traffic noice. Also the carpet needs a good cleaning.

Great location, unit clean and had everything we needed. Parking was expensive, $20 day in the garage but that was the only downside.

Everything was very nice. The condo is upstairs, very clean, and relatively modern. It is one of the more affordable units in this area. The only problem we had was controlling the room temperature. The A/C either runs constantly are you shut it off. And the unit is in the living room so air does not find it's way to the bedroom very well. It wasn't a big deal, just not ideal.
