Stayed Apr 5, 2026I will highly recommend this property for many strong reasons: very good value, perfect location where you can walk to many places without using your car, the host is very helpful and nice, very easy to reach. On top of that to say that property was very clean is understatement! I’m going to stay here again when I’m back to Sunny Island!

Stayed Mar 14, 2026The condo itself was very nice, relatively modern and clean. A couple of issues, had some problems accessing the tv’s where we needed help from the cable provider. Two of the tv’s had cable and one did not. Several of the electrical outlets in the kitchen area did not work and there was no ironing board available. These were relatively minor problems which we were able to work around.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025The location was great. Right next to Pier on Sunny Isle. Walking distance to many great locations in Sunny Isle. Unit was very clean with all the amenities. Love having a washer and dryer in the unit which allowed us to pack light.

Stayed May 20, 2024AGAIN WE SPENT OUR HOLIDAYS IN MIAMI AND STAYED IN THE SAME PLACE. LIKE THE PREVIOUS SEASON, WE FOUND EVERYTHING PERFECT, WITH ALL THE AMENITIES INDICATED ON THE WEBSITE. THE OWNER, ALWAYS ATTENTIVE, HELPED US IN EVERY OPPORTUNITY WHERE WE CONTACTED HER. AS FOR THE CONDOMINIUM ITSELF, WE CAN SAY THAT IT HAS PERFECT SECURITY, WITH ACCESS TO THE VARIOUS DEPENDENCIES CONTROLLED BY AN INDIVIDUAL MAGNETIC CARD GIVEN TO EACH TENANT. ALL EXPECTATIONS WERE EXCEEDED.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024The property was excellent. Great location right on the beach. Unit was fully stock with everything you need. Washer and dryer in the unit was fully equipped by the host. Unit was very clean. The host (Hanna) was the most responsive host we ever experienced. She reacted within minutes to all our questions from the time we booked the unit thru out stay.
