Experience Tybee Island Beach steps away

The Condo was in a great location. It was clean, comfortable and close to several restaurants. The pool was kept clean and staff were friendly.

The property is in a great location that’s quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

We came down for the turtle trot. The property was perfect! Close to the beach, very clean.

Room was ready and clean, easy check-in, close to the beach and down town to shop. We had a small shower maintenance issue and it was resolved very quick. Views are great, amenities are perfect, Close enough to walk to the light house and several restaurants.

I was very please with the condo we stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the deck with a table to eat outside was great. The only thing I wished was different was the television did not have very many channels available and was difficult to operate and there was a pair of panties left hanging on the back of the bathroom door from someone that had stayed there previously.

4 adults and an 11-month-old stayed in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo and we had plenty of space. Everything was clean and in working condition (especially the AC!!!). They provided 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag, dish soap, 2 packets of dishwasher detergent, 6 towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, a pot holder, and 2 kitchen rags. Bring more paper goods if you don't think what they provide is sufficient. The kitchen had everything we needed except spices. The only seasoning was salt, so if you plan on doing more cooking than we did bring seasonings. The door from the living room to the deck squeaks loudly but nothing WD-40 wouldn't fix. We didn't use the washer and dryer so no clue if they work. Before check-in, they ask that you stop at a vacation rental company to get your keys which is a packet with the gate code, door code, and parking pass. If you stay in an A condo there is only 1 designated parking space, the other card has to find an unmarked space by the pool/tennis courts. We only received 1 parking pass so if you need 2 be sure to ask at check-in (we checked in after closing so we didn't know) or send a message requesting 2 parking passes. This was only a minor inconvenience as we didn't stay long enough to get towed. None of the minor complaints would keep us from booking this place again.

Great location on the beach. Very clean condo. Easy access to everything. Enjoyable weekend.
