Nice weekend beach stay

Very pleasant. Very convenient. Wasn’t aware it was right off the main road. However, quiet enough at night. Would still stay there.

Five different families rented units over the weekend. This unit is very minimalistic. It could use some attention to comforts like water pressure and the mattress. I spent little time here as this was just a place to sleep and shower. (That is why I mention water pressure and mattress) The unit was clean and sunny.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. When I used the bathroom for the first time someone had left a poop in the toilet - not a great start to say the least. I will not be using your services again.

The Bay was beautiful at high tide, it is a bit of a walk to the actual ocean, but very nice walk in good weather. The only disappointment was we couldn't hear the ocean from our room.

The place could really use some maintenance and updates to compete with other rental properties. Nice location, although noisy from the highway traffic. You'll need to bring extra everything if you plan on staying here: sheets, blankets, pillow cases, soap, shampoo, dish soap, salt, pepper, extra towels... The property management barely has this place stocked for two people, let alone four.We booked this as a last-minute trip, and it was the only property available. We're totally fine with that, but would only book it again as a last resort (no pun intended).
