Stayed Dec 26, 2025Great place. The ocean view is the highlight, hard to beat waking up to that every day.Condo was clean, well kept, and exactly what we expected. Good layout, plenty of space, and an easy walk to the beach.No complaints, would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I gave our stay 2 stars because of the wonderful view and nice condo. However, the parking, loading and unloading areas, the broken elevator raised our stress levels v. our relaxation levels. We were disappointed in these last factors because of safety concerns for my 84 year old mother, and overall convenience factors previously mentioned. We appreciate the discounted rate but having stated that, I feel even the discounted rate was still too high given the inconvenience factors. We will probably not stay at the Seebreeze 1 again or recommend it to our friends. The main positive was you and the staff were very accommodating and user friendly and we do appreciate that. Sorry, it was just too much hassle. We just were unable to relax the whole time we stayed there.
