Stayed Apr 5, 2026BOTTOM LINE- If you want to stay at, possibly, the nicest place with an unmatched gorgeous view of the beach and skyline--THIS IS IT. That said, it did take 2 times to reserve this property. The property manager did not respond to our first paid request so our Vrbo reservation was canceled. That was very disappointing because we had spent many hours researching the area. We tried again later and finally there was a response and we were able to reserve this. We were concerned if reserving the condo included such a problematic response, perhaps this might not be a good place to stay. Thankfully, the property exceeded our expectations in every way. We even lost partial power for an hour one evening (gale force winds) and enjoyed that evening playing games by battery-light. The after-hours emergency property manager was very prompt and helpful. Just a few notes which are not meant to deter anyone from using this delightful place but to prepare you in case you care. The pool is 3.4 feet deep. Parking garage has low ceiling so your van or SUV may not fit inside. There is one Handicap place and 2 other regular spots outside the condo in its parking lot. You are able to find room along the dirt road which is Hill Street at the condo. We came in April when it was not at all busy so parking was never a problem. There is both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. They had a blender. Come and enjoy yourselves! We sure did!

Stayed Feb 12, 2026The good - the home is beautiful with amazing views. It's very comfortable and easy to find. The not so good - the elevator went out on our first full day there and we had to take the stairs for the remainder of the trip. Being on the 6th floor, and having guests with limited mobility, this really limited how often we went down to enjoy the beach. It also made loading up our belongings on the last day very difficult. After contacting the repair line and the property manager I was advised the HOA had been notified. No further updates were provided and it still wasnt operating when we checked out.Suggestions - put the keys in the bowl on the table in front of the elevator. It took me several minutes to find them hanging on the wall to the side of the kitchen. Update the house manual contact info - some of the email addresses were not current. Give a heads up on the garage clearance. We had a tall van and could not access all the garage which made turning around difficult. We parked on the street the remainder of the trip, but some early warning would have been appreciated.
