Stayed Dec 4, 2025Excellent communication beginning to end. We needed some extra accommodation (cleaning in between and ended up needing an extra night stay). Shawn got us the information we needed in less than 30 minutes each time I requested something. The house is as pictured, well stocked, and in excellent condition.

Stayed Nov 10, 2025The host was great. The house was amazing. It was so nice to have four full bathrooms. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but all was good. There was a Smart & Final right next door. It was a great stay!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025Home was nice. However garage was hellish to navigate with an SUV. Its extremely small hardly fit a Rav 4. It would be nice if the owner was more detailed about how small the garage is on the description, You can't park in the driveway either. One point of feedback to the owner is that the sheets were not cleaned from the prior guests, so we had to wash the sheets ourselves, which was not expected. Part of the price includes a cleaning fee & we should not have to clean the sheets prior to using the beds. The first night we were there, the neighborhood was loud with fireworks' well into the early morning hours. Last piece of feedback, when booking with the hosts, some of the questions are invasive as to why we were visiting L.A. It seemed an over reach, but we answered the questions.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025This was an exquisite property to stay. It is in a very small lot, but all of the space is used so well. We felt like we were staying in an HUGE house. Everything is clean and fresh and still feels new. The rooms are BIG and the beds are very comfortable. It legitimately sleeps 8 in REAL beds in 4 rooms and yes…there is a bathroom for every bedroom. I chose to highlight that in my title because it’s not what you look for but when you think about it, it is a detail that ends up being great when you are there.Another great detail is the grocery store that is a 75 second drive away! Everyone needs food and you won’t kill valuable time getting there. This will be perfect for most travelers but pay attention to the garage and the drive. This is not for big trucks or campers. But if you are in a minivan…no problem. Lastly, our host, Shawn, was great. We had every detail provided to us, questions answered before we asked, and if we needed anything responses were very prompt.You won’t be disappointed if you book this place.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025Very clean with plenty of space. Parking was ok although a challenge at times. Not sure how we would have slept more than 10 people as thankfully two people pulled out at the last minute so we had just enough bed space to fit 9 including an air mattress. But otherwise the stay was nice and quiet.

Stayed Dec 6, 2024This was my first trip to LA with a group of 5 men. We came to LA to celebrate a birthday and to attend a basketball and football game. The place was great and for us all comfortably. There are four bathrooms basically one per bedroom and the place was very clean. The place has three levels and is spacious. The location was great for us getting around to all we wanted to see and excellent access to amenities such as a supermarket next door. I would definitely stay here again. Shawn was great at communicating before getting there and checked in regularly via the VRBO app.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024This property was a great place to stay! It was very clean, spacious, and quiet. We also loved the tandem garage. We were able to fit a small SUV and our large SUV (telluride for reference) behind it. The surrounding area was a little sketchy but we felt totally safe at the property and would stay there again. The owner was also very informative and helpful every step of the way. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed May 8, 2024The property has been nicely renovated. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. The management is very responsive and lets you know as soon as the property is ready in case it is ready before check in. Parking in the narrow space is tight. We were able to fit a Kia soul, but only inches on one side. The title says sleeps 12, but that’s only if you count an air mattress and the couch. When I booked I paid attention to the beds and rooms, so for our group of 6 we were fine. The neighborhood is changing with a few brand new construction mixed with old and as with many places in LA there was a homeless encampment out front. The units are gated, so I felt very safe.
