Stayed Nov 7, 2025There is on street parking but no spots near unit. bars on the windows but not in the ad. drug dealers approached us before checking in. some windows do not have operable locks and there is a dangerous hole in the kitchen floor that made one girl trip and nearly seriously hurt her head. the owner is nearly non-responsive and apparently lives downstairs!! ceiling paint is failing of in some of the rooms. nice pics but that's it. All of the girls felt scared. We did NOT feel safe at all. We left the first night and had to come back and get some stuff the next morning. Tried to reach out to the owner but she never responded. She refused to address our concerns and never offered a refund due to safety concerns. This place is dangerous.

Stayed Oct 30, 2025The residence itself was great. The only downside is the location. Multiple Uber drivers asked if we were in the right location… otherwise, you get what you payed for.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025Came in town for football. Very comfortable, quiet and spacious. Check in and out was easy. Only thing, at night it is hard to find parking, but overall this was a great stay. 10/10

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We were in town with our rowing team for a regatta, and this was a perfect spot to stay! Amenities were perfect for our needs, the living room is super spacious for some morning yoga, and the owners were responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely be saving this location for our trip here next year?
