Expansive Ocean front views—direct beach access!

The view was amazing! Also very impressed with all the games, books, puzzles and beach equipment! Truly you have everything you need except your clothes and food.

This condo was everything we wanted and more. Kelly, the host, was responsive and friendly, and she went above and beyond for our family. The view was spectacular - you have views of the beach and ocean from the balcony, kitchen, and living room. We would love to stay again if we find ourselves back in Florida. Thank you, Kelly!

The property was just what we were looking for. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a wonderful time at the beach and in the pool and would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

We loved this place! Beautiful view and a great location! It had the perfect amount of space for us, and the view from the balcony was awesome. My daughter loved the games and movie selections that were there. We would definitely stay there again.

The entire property was perfect for our family of 4 my daughters friend. Everything was exactly as listed. Kellie was extremely flexible & I looked to book again for next year but unfortantely for us and fortantely for them, the place was already booked!

The condominium was clean, beautiful and in a fantastic location. The host provided everything you needed for a relaxing stay and the on-site property managers were awesome. We’ve been coming to New Smyrna for several years; this was the best place we’ve stayed at!

Wonderful, 2 bed, 2 bath unit with large balcony and incredible endless view of the ocean! VERY comfortable bed and can sleep listening to the waves. Watch the sunrise from the master bedroom or anywhere in the open floor plan main room. Full kitchen with everything I needed. Plush beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Host thought of everything!! It's just an elevator ride and a few steps to the beach. Large utility room with washer and dryer. There's a Dollar General grocery store with everything you need just down the street. I didn't want to leave and will definitely be back!!

Awesome location on New Smyrna Beach. Pictures do not do it justice. Easy access to pool and ocean, Beautiful scenery, clean property. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
