Exclusive Pedregal Condo - Your Cabo Retreat!

We had a great stay

This was an extremely comfortable unit with a gorgeous, quiet pool, however we were there during the low season so it may be busier. The unit was comfortable and spacious but showing it's age in spots. Having the washer/dryer was great but had thought there was a dishwasher (may have been my error). My only criticism is that we were not provided with proper location and directions to get to it. There is a guard house you have to pass through but if you don't know to tell them you're staying in an Andalaya condo you can't get in and there are significant turns within the development that were tricky without directions. We drove around for over an hour before we finally found it. Make sure you receive specific directions before going and you will have more time to enjoy that terrific pool!

Great location in Cabo near the Marina.

The condo complex is very nice and safe. Very nice pool area and a peaceful environment. A very easy close walk to the marina. The condo was roomy. The bed very comfy, nice remodeled bathroom. Washer and dryer is regular size. Not one of those tiny ones. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking you may feel that the kitchen is a bit small. Full stove and frig but very little counter space. The good thing is, since you are right in town, you are within walking distance to hundreds of restaurants. I did very little cooking so the kitchen wasn't an issue for me. Living room furniture was comfortable. TV is hooked up to wifi but not to a satellite or cable. So if you have favorite network programs you like to watch or live sporting events just be aware of that. You can watch Netflix and we got an HDMI cable to hook up between the TV and our laptop. So we were able to watch our news channels and I suppose if you can stream network stations you could watch current programs that way. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. Oh. One more thing. They are a lot of steps to go up and down to get to the unit. So if you have trouble with stairs, please keep that in mind.

Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Easy walking distance to everything.

Loved staying 7 nights at Obelisco at Andalaya! Very safe, clean and well equipped. An absolutely amazing view with a wonderful balcony. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The master bed was super comfy and A/C worked great. Owners were easy to work with, the condo Management was great and Fabian, part of the condo team, met us and got us all checked in. He even helped carry in our groceries and luggage, then provided his cell phone for assistance, should we need anything during the week. He was right on time for checkout, which was a breeze and again helped us with our luggage. Really can't say enough great things about this place. Also met some wonderful people there that were staying in the community. We will definitely be returning to Andalaya. Only suggestion for owners is that filtered water, and/or water dispenser would be helpful and appreciated, especially for those unable to make it to the grocery store. 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay in this Pedregal condo. The neighbourhood is beautiful, quiet, and close to everything. The condo is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen seems to be reasonably well supplied, however we did not do any cooking. There are too many wonderful restaurants nearby! The pool and area is lovely. I enjoyed my time in the palapa! The only downside is the water is very cold, and the hot tub wasn’t working. The owners are very responsive, and Todd (the property manager) is very helpful. I would recommend this place to friends, and if we ever go back to Cabo, we would love to stay here again!

Just returned from an awesome trip. The condo was perfect for us. And the property is amazing! The pool is like a boutique resort! The condo is well taken care of and recently updated. Everything is so close and walking distance to marina, restaurants, bars. Really really nice overall and would definitely recommend!
