Place was beautiful, very clean. Stunning view with sound of waves all day. Concierge was super helpful and shopped for items exactly as requested. Friendly and helpful. Safe didn’t work initially and Elisa had maintenance come- they arrived within about 10 mins and fixed it. Will be returning to this place.

This place is wonderful. It is in a slightly quieter part of town but still close to the Zona Romantica, and walking distance to some lovely peaceful beaches. The apartment is large, comfortable and luxurious. The complex is great. 10/10

The apartment was stunning and larger than the pictures even made it seem. Spent a lot of time on the rooftop at the pool / bar. Loved everything about the property!

This was hands down the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. We go to PV once a year same month. When you walk into the condo for the first time you will drop your jaw. The staff was wonderful as well. Would book again next year.

Our stay in both the rental unit and the building was lovely. We really were thankful for the support of the concierge Elisa. She was responsive and helped secure some groceries, a boat charter, and a private chef one evening. The use of the rooftop and 3rd-floor restaurant was also lovely and provided a great option for food daily. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything you'd normally need while staying a week in a condo or apartment. We were thrown off though by the additional replacement charge for towels due to some light stains during usage. There wasn't any bleach available outside the regular washing detergent and we felt that some proper washing should have removed any stains on the white towels but ultimately we were charged to replace the towels. For the building, we were a bit uncomfortable with some staff on the final day. We were asked to check out of the unit at 11 AM when our car booked by the concierge would arrive at Noon. We went to the restaurant with our bags to eat before our car arrived. While we were just 1 of 2 groups eating breakfast that morning, we were asked to take our bags back to the room and the same staff member said that the front desk would not hold our bags either. This was more so just frustrating because the checkout information was different than what the staff in the building were saying in real-time. We ended up just leaving our bags by the front door and out of the way so the cleaning people wouldn't be disturbed.

The building is in a great location and has good amenities for a comfortable and convenient stay.

My wife and I took our two adult sons and their significant others for a much needed vacation in January, 2025. This condo was one of the nicest places any of us have ever stayed. The rooms are fantastic, the porch is spectacular and the services that are available are resort worthy, especially the rooftop infinity pool looking out over the ocean and PV Beach. We probably saw 100 humpback whales from the porch over the course of five days.The artwork in the unit (painted by the owner we found out later) was fantastic -a real local feel. I hope that we can do this trip every year and stay in this unit every time.

Whether we were enjoying a casual breakfast or great options for lunch, the quality was consistently impressive. The pool area was equally remarkable, providing a serene environment to relax and soak up the sun.Security at the building was a top priority, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. Being steps away from the best beaches and some fantastic restaurants made our experience even more enjoyable. We loved being able to explore the vibrant local dining scene without having to travel far.The host provided great assistance prior to arrival which included transportation from the airport as well as stocking the unit with groceries. Overall, our stay at this luxury condo was a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning natural beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Puerto Vallarta.

Beyond all expectations. That is the best way to sum up our stay. Let's just say that the photos on the VRBO website should be retaken because they completely fail to illustrate the beauty of this stunning home. Each of the 4 bedrooms was perfect and I was most fortunate to have the master bedroom with its amazing ocean view and slider that let the cool ocean breeze blow in through the night. This also allowed us to hear the surf crash on the rocky shore...the best sleep that we've had in a while. All 4 bathrooms were perfect and it was unanimous...the showers were heaven. The living room/dining room/kitchen is massive and the dining room table was perfect for breakfast on one of the cooler mornings. The large balcony table was perfect during warmer parts of the day. However, one of the best parts of the stay was morning coffee on the large patio watching the gray whales breach and play a stones throw from the shore. We could hear the splashing as they breached and crashed back into the water. Amazing. The ability to bring the outdoors into the main living space via the large full-wall sliders on two of the walls was very special...true indoor/outdoor living. The building amenities, the 3rd floor pool/restaurant, and the rooftop pool/restaurant are excellent. Perfect for breakfast, lunch dinner, and drinks. The the gym on the 1st floor rocks. We are most grateful for our stay in this special home, and are already looking to schedule our next stay!
