Exclusive and Luxurious Boardwalk with the best pool on the beach

This was our first time here and we loved it location was perfect and the view was beautiful! We will definately be back!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the conditions of the unit upon arrival. The cleanliness of the condo is far below what we expected, especially considering the price paid for our stay. The unit is in need of a thorough deep cleaning, repairs and updates. We had to purchase a new bath rug due to filth, Drano for a clogged sink and cleaning supplies to kill the black mold in the shower. We were bleaching all surfaces of the unit at midnight just so that we could feel somewhat able to put our belongings down. We were too tired to clean the floors, so we wore flip flops at all times. We had to put a sheet over the couch, so we wouldn’t be sitting in years of dirt buildup. In all our years of travel, we have never had to clean a room before we could put our head down at night. The owners response on our arrival was to send the cleaning service the following day. While we would have welcomed the cleaning service, it would not have taken care of the years of neglect. We were not offered any discounts or reimbursements for cleaning supplies. We simply had to stay in filth for 8 days. The only positive review we can give is the view from the balcony. We had to keep our eyes on the view to keep from seeing all the filth and black mold in the unit. Yes, black mold wasn’t only in the shower. It is on the ceilings and air vents. The only other positive review, we would be the washer and dryer did work.

My family loved it. We had a beautiful view and everything was conveniently located near us. The kids loved the pool and I loved how secure it was. We had a great family vacation!

It was a cute condo, great view. Love the amenities. It definitely needs some updating and different furniture.

Wouldn’t stay or recommend that room

Great location, 4 stars due to running water in toilet; did not corrected for time of stay, informed on Monday. Very disturbing noise at night from running toilet.

The condo itself needed more kitchen supplies. It was hard to cook when it seemed there was only one or two smaller pots, no pot holders, or additional cookware. The wifi worked great, the view from the condo was great, we really liked the resort just felt there could have been some updates to the condo to make it more comfortable during a week long stay.

The condo was a little outdated defiantly needs some upgrades. When we arrived the condo was still dirty and we called the owner who had the cleaning crew come back. The girl that came was very professional however when her boss wanted to speak to me about the condo she was very rude!!! Things that were not clean were the floor, the bathroom, which has black mold everywhere, bedroom, fridge, the balcony, the balcony window had fingerprints all over it, the balcony curtains were ripped like something someone took a knife to them and dirty towels were still in the washing machine. When you come to a condo you expect luxury and this room was not it. The boardwalk property itself was great!!! We will def be going back just to a different room. I spoke with the owner about the issues and he said he would be checking on them so hopefully he will make the necessary upgrades.

We unfortunately found our stay at this condo very uncomfortable. The condo is so outdated to the point where you almost don't want to touch things because they seem filthy. The place was also not properly clean when we arrived. I did let the owner know and he said the cleaners would have come back to clean, but my expectations are to arrive at a clean condo. My kids feet were black immediately after walking around and the shower/tub was gross. We also had to pay for extra pool wrist bands when we arrived even though our reservation was for 4 people. I have never had to do that when staying at any other condos on this property. The tv in the living room almost never worked, the bathroom sink drips and the toilet constantly is running. The only good thing I can say about this condo is that the owner responds quickly and has good communication. I just wish that level of attentiveness could go into the quality of the condo.

We enjoyed our stay. The other reviews are accurate in compared to other units in this same location, it could use some updating, but it was clean and worth the stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was in the perfect location. Beautiful view right on the beach, large pool, two hot tubs, and a kiddie splash pad.This area was quiet and family friendly. Has two eating locations on site and live music.The only problem was the constant running toilet and sink, and the mold in the shower. Not many cooking supplies or amenities such as toilet paper or paper towels. We definitely would stay again.
