Unlike other units in my building, which were purchased solely as a rental property, this condo is my second home! Stayed May 20, 2026Was exactly as advertised. The place was awesome. Deck overlooks the beach and boardwalk. Handicap accessesible, which was great. Two bed two bath with a great kitchen and living room. Will rent this unit again. Was very happy.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025Host was responsive, check in was simple. The folks that work the desk were all friendly and welcoming. Loved loved loved this property. The balcony/deck was great for relaxing in the morning and perfect for the Thursday fireworks. The kitchen and living room were beautiful, honestly the pictures dont do it justice. One of the few times I've been surprised that it was better in real life! The only issue you might have is if you are a light sleeper it can be a bit noisy outside. Everywhere this close to OOB will have the same iasue with the train at least. Would love to stay here again. Almost forgot 2 large bathrooms and a washer and dryer...amazing!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025This condo at the Grand Victorian was exceptional. Our ages ranged from 10 yo to 78 yo and everyone had a wonderful time. The view of the fireworks is literally a ring-side seat, but the condo itself was not only beautiful, but filled with all of the amenities we could ask for. The staff at the Grand Victorian were always cheerful and helpful! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Stayed May 22, 2025Have spent quite a few visits in OOB and always saw the building. Finally got the opportunity to rent a wonderful condo and it did not disappoint. Family loved being right on the beach with all the hustle and bustle of the shore life below us! Shops and restaurants are all walking distance and fun to eat at. Kara was an amazing host and super responsive. Bill was a tremendous resource for us and very nice! Ample space, HUGE bathrooms, comfy beds, great views and great location. We're already planning out return!
