We really enjoyed our stay. This was the second time that we have stayed here. Everything was great - clean, conveniently located, with good wi-fi connections. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This is a great place to stay for 2 people. I would feel a bit cramped if there were more people but maybe that's just personal preference. It was super quiet, nice view of lake and one of the better pet friendly units we have stayed. Parking was stress free. I will repeat what previous renters have said, the bed was super comfortable. That with the quiet allowed for good sleep. Communication with the host was also excellent, I received help or an answer to any of my questions within minutes to an hour. We were able to get to any place we wanted to go within 15 mins which also made this location ideal.

This place was great as is the owner's other properties at this location. Very pet friendly. The unit was spotless and has everything for a great stay. Very comfortable king bed. The view is great. Outdoor area very well kept. Highly recommend this property. Very convenient to everything the area has.

Good location and relatively quiet building. Condo had everything we needed although the overall condition of the unit is showing signs of wear. Not so much that it would keep me from renting again

This condo was so welcoming we absolutely loved our stay! Danny was so tentative to our needs and questions. Our new go to for Hot Springs. Mojo absolutely loved it too!

We were in town for a softball tournament. This unit had beautiful views, right on the water! Everything was clean and accessible! Quiet location. Host was responsive and available if needed.

The condo more than met our expectations. The property is well-maintained and nicely decorated. We enjoyed eating our meals on the patio/ balcony overlooking the lake. We swam in the pool overlooking the lake. It was well- maintained and very nice. The location of the condo is a short driving distance from many restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

This was a fantastic condo, the only complaint they had a few cob webs on the curtain to the balcony and across the entrance way but other than that it was great. The area was peaceful and close to all amenities. I would definitely book this condo again

We spent two nights with our cavalier spaniel. Condo has great views overlooking the lake and is conveniently located to everything in the Hot Springs area. Hot Springs is a super pet-friendly area overall and you’ll not regret bringing your pup along, though the property itself is less so (pets only allowed outside in small grass islands, not on the much larger lawn space or near the waterfront). There is a pet fee, which is not surprising but was also not included on the listing. Condo was clean and well-appointed.

In my opinion because of its small size, this location is fine for only a night or two. Location is good, pretty nice view, and there are only a few stairs to this “lower” unit. We were unhappy with 2:00-3:00am noise from the other nearby units, coming in late.

Nice condo with amazing views. Very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Only issue encountered was that the tub did not drain well.

Very nice all around. The property was neat and clean, perfect for two people. The area around was also nice and it was close to good restaurants without getting out into the downtown Hot Springs traffic. Really enjoyed just sitting on the patio and looking out at the boats on the lake.
