Sea Vista Condominiums is the closest complex to the water in all of South Padre Island. Our ground level unit was completely renovated in 2020 with brand new appliances, fixtures, lighting, bathrooms and kitchen with quartz counter tops. There is a TV in the master, both guest rooms and living area. Master has a King bed, guest room #1 has 2 queen beds and guest #2 has 2 full beds. Plenty of room to sprawl around. We have our own personal charcoal grill on our patio and 2 Adirondack chairs.
Access to the beach from our back door!! No need to tote your beach supplies and coolers up and down the stairs or elevators. No need to worry about the elevator breaking down! Just simply walk out our back door walk a few steps to the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Our unit has a beautiful view straight to the ocean. We take incredible care of our homes. We want you to feel like you are at home and not a rental. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway...this is it!
