Excellent Oceanview Condo Made for Families- Games and Movies Included

Wow, what an absolutely beautiful condo with the most extraordinary views!!!I would say our stay was perfection!!!My best friend and I wanted to getaway on the beach so we chose New Smyrna Beach and I was thrilled when I found this gorgeous condo. It had everything we needed to be able to relax on the balcony with a clear view of the sand and ocean a full kitchen where we could cook breakfast and dinner dinners a wonderful location where we could go out for the day and shop to our hearts content just a short distance away .We explored the parks and took long walks on the beach and it was so peaceful and so relaxing. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture in the living room and on the balcony, that was our favorite as we loved being outside having our wine and appetizers, just listening to the ocean and the birds.From the moment we booked this condo the communication with the management team was amazing. They were so kind so helpful always answering the phone, cheerful and answering my questions.I also have allergies to certain fragrances so I called ahead to check to be sure there wasn’t strong fragrance used in plug-ins for cleaning supplies and they went far and beyond to make sure everything was great for me. I truly could not have asked for a better experience in every way.The condo is decorated so beautifully so warm so welcoming and so comfortable I truly could not recommend it enough.

The condo itself was great and had everything we needed. It was nice to have the extra beach chairs there if we needed them. The view was frustrating when the cars were parked right up in front of the building. It took away from the view that the condo has. The pool was clean and warm the first day, however it seemed that the heat was turned off and with the high winds, it wasn't cleaned of leaves and debris each day. We also had issues with our lock when we arrived, and had to wait on maintenance to come fix it. They responded quickly and were able to fix it.

We truly enjoyed this property and appreciate the easy instructions left by the host! We'd love to book with you again. The balcony and view are unmatched!

The condo was very clean and well equipped. A couple of minor issues arose during our stay, but the management company responded quickly and brought about satisfactory resolutions to everything. The property as a whole appeared to be well maintained and kept up properly. The pool and pool area was clean and well maintained as well. We will definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

This condo was awesome. It was exactly as pictured. The unit was clean and had lots of extras. I had to contact management twice and was answered promptly both times. I wish it had a washer/dryer in unit. It said laundry on property but it was just one washer and dryer. We found a clean laundromat nearby. I highly recommended this rental.If the weather had been nicer it would have been a perfect vacation.

It was absolutely wonderful here! The place is updated and so cute! The views are amazing of the beach from the room and the living room! It had everything we needed! It was a perfect vacation with our baby for our ten-year anniversary. The location is perfect as it to the non-drive beach so there is still a life guard but it’s not as busy. Highly recommend! is on the drive beach but you can walkoff of it

This condo was very clean and quiet. I had no issues with check-in or check-out. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedding was great, and there was extra if needed. It was everything I needed for my stay. The only thing that I could complain about is that when I reserved the space, they listed a washer and dryer in the unit. Two nights before I got there, the listing had changed to no washer or dryer due to some safety concern (understandable), but there was no communication of this, and I happened to stumble across it. Luckily, coin-operated machines across the hallway always seemed to be available. Overall this is a great space and I would definitely stay again.

The elevator closes to our rented unit was out of operation the entire time which meant we had to take a longer walk in the windiest of all weeks. The make/shift luggage rolling cards were not strong enough to get us from the cars to the elevators without a struggle. The balcony was sand blasted and even upon out arrival it had not been prepared for us to sit out there so we had to clean the balcony & all the furniture before being able to enjoy it. The construction workers were out jack hammering the sidewalks as early as 7:30 am...a bit too early. We left the place better than how we found it for sure. Because of hurricane Milton, we had to be moved from our original reserved rental to this complex. I knew there would not be access to the beach and it was scary as the water was crashing against the sea wall most of the days.

Property was very clean and nice and remodeled, I would definitely recommend staying there
