Stayed Jan 8, 2022This was a great place for the two of us and our Boxer. We had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. Great neighbors. Close to shopping. Day adventures, Walked daily around the complex and beyond. Margo was great. Any concerns she took care of right away. I will definitely love to stay again . Thank you Jeff , Karen and of course Kona boy!!!!

Stayed Nov 28, 2020Host very helpful. Courtyard well maintained. Great pool area. To bad clubhouse closed due to COVID. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jan 7, 2020This is a 3 bedroom unit that is close to EVERYTHING!! Accessible parking right next to unit after grocery shopping and covered stall just around the corner. The owner was so accommodating!!!! Margo is/was awesome to deal with Unfortunately, with the Coronavirus happening, the many Happy Hour locations were closed. The facility has a great pool, hot tub, and grills that are very close. This is the first time we rented from this owner and would do it again!!!

Stayed Feb 1, 2019The location is in a perfect spot of north Scottsdale. You are very close to a lot of things but it’s also a quiet and relaxing. Easy access to plenty of restaurants and the highway. Would definitely stay there again.
