Evergreen Haven – Golf, Attractions, & Amenities!

The place is beautiful and the host is extremely responsive at any time. We checked in later and noticed a situation and they were texting back and forth with us immediately. The beds are comfy and there are plenty of pillow options (which is a huge plus for us). The clubhouse is easily walkable and every attraction is mere minutes away and easy to drive to. They gift a complimentary show to the Huges Brothers show for two and 50% off all who are in the party and we enjoyed the show with our teenage girls. The WiFi in the back room is spotty, which was fine with my husband and I and the staff offered to come fix immediately, but we said we were good. They provide a traditional coffee maker (coffee is there as well as filters), as well as 5 laundry pods (one needs to be used at checkout) with dryer sheets. Some things to note for your stay: Bring towels for the clubhouse if you plan to use it. The indoor pool is VERY crowded, think cruise ship crowded, and there isn't much space to sit there, but it's easily walkable from the unit. The chlorine in the indoor hot tub is not measured nor is it tested, according to a lady who lives there full time, they throw in a cup of crystals and turn on the bubbles. This made it so that I was unable to even sit in there without my eyes hurting terribly and coughing fits. This was literally our only issue that we had the entire stay, which is not the fault of the owners. The downstairs neighbors love there full time and are so nice

The property is lovely, location perfect, however the floors were absolutely the dirtiest I have ever walked on. My partner after walking barefoot on the ceramic tile, the bottom of his feet were black and had to wash them off before getting into bed. The carpets into the entrance of the bedrooms are very dirty. Had to go buy slippers to keep feet clean. ALL THE FLOORS NEED A GOOD CLEANING! It's like they are swept but never mopped.

It was a nice condo, looked just like the pictures. Quiet. Good location! Upon arrival the TVs were all on with soothing music after a long trip! There were no hangers upon arrival, but after notifying they were supplied quickly. Floors were very dirty. After walking barefoot in the condo, when stepping into shower the tub was black from my feet. I cleaned tub and wore shoes inside. Over all a great trip. Would stay here again.

Quiet area off the beaten path, but not far from anything.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo. Ground level with no stairs required. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen not as well - stocked as others we have stayed. No Keurig coffeemaker and smaller TV in living room.

We came to see shows- awesome entertainment. The condo is in a great location. It is very clean and had a Reclining loveseat ?. Easy check-on and put. Would recommend.

The condo is just as described. We loved the accessibility no stairs just what we needed.

Easy check in and check out. Very spacious, there is enough room for 6 people easily. The master room was great! The toilet is separated from the shower and vanity, which I loved that. Comfortable beds and big. We had everything that we needed. We had enough towels and necessities. Kitchen had everything except for one thing... we had to buy Spam since the pans are kind of old. A very few issues but nothing to worry about. We had to call the maintenance guy and came the next day. The AC worked wonders. The condo was nice and cool. Relaxing and quite neighborhood. No steps to get to your condo, yeah! You are going to be in the middle condo so it depends who you get at your stay, but when we were there, no one disturbed us. We enjoyed the pool, it was a very short walk from our unit. The inside pool is not warm it all, very cold water, actually it was colder than the outside pool. The only downside of it was the description on where the place is. The site said Evergreen Haven – Golf, Attractions, & Amenities Galore! 2 BDR w/ Resort Perks. But nothing to do with Evergreen. We stayed at Foothills Condos. They are nice too but you are not going to see no golf field, no attractions, etc. The lobby was closed all the time we were there, we didnt need it anyways. Everything is very close from there, like all the shows, walmart, Mcd's, easy access to the back roads. We loved our stay. Tank you Grand Welcome!
