Welcome to Etta Place 6, an AvantStay home!

This one-bedroom condo has upgraded finishes and homey touches - and all just steps from the ski lifts!

Located on the first floor a few steps up from the snow, guests enter this condo from the hallway into an open living area. The living room has wall-to-wall windows with access to the back porch with amazing views of Ajax Peak and the ski lifts. There is also a large flatscreen TV, Roku, modern tiled electric fireplace for ambiance and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is adjacent to the living space and has four seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and basic spices.

Down the hall is the bathroom, which has a single vanity and a modern remodeled step-in shower. The bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and has a California King bed, flat-screen TV, and a closet.

Guests can also enjoy the communal hot tub located in the shared space between the condos. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes, take in the mountain air, and relax tired muscles while soaking in the scenery.

From the Etta Place complex, you can easily walk to historic downtown Telluride, just five blocks away. Access to the trails on the Valley Floor. Ski-in/ski-out access is available when Lift #7 is open. The chairlift is located right next to the property, making it easy to ski in and out during the season and enjoy quick access to the mountain.

*Home Truths:*
- You will be required to climb stairs to enter this home.
- The complex has a common coin-operated laundry room.
- There is no A/C at this property.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is a bike rack outside the building that guests are welcome to use.
- Telluride experiences off-seasons in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

Parking Details:
Parking is available for 1 car across the street from Etta Place at the Shandoka Parking Lot. This is a first-come, first-served lot. Vehicles can be registered for parking after check-in.

A pack n' play travel crib, and a high chair are available upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, well located condo at the base of lift 7. Short walk into town or immediate town loop shuttle access at the curb. Great Property in excellent shape.

    Clean. Some modern updates - parts of kitchen (appliances, sink and faucet) and bath. Some parts vintage. Updated shower that is very nice for one person. Roomy master bed room. Plenty of storage space. (2) TV's made it nice compared to other places... but ended up only using one, but nice to have. Very nice, remodeled fireplace and stone wall.Only con's and they are not deal breakers ... vanities are not updated so just be ready for the old 80's version of very short bath vanity. Not a problem at all. Master bed is a very soft mattress.

    Easy in and out close to town. This is a great place if you are serious about skiing and want to ski the best slopes. Not crazy expensive but first class

    Great location right next to chair 7 for easy access to the mountain. Telluride trail takes you almost right to the door at the end of the day. Very clean and big, comfy bed. Parking is also a perk.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Etta Place 6 during Telluride Bluegrass! Our teenage daughter slept well on the pullout sofa. The 15-minute walk to town is very pleasant. The AvantStay team was helpful and responsive to our needs before and during our stay. Would stay there again!

    Very nice property with wonderful mountain views. Property manager was great to work with and very responsive. Plenty of supplies provided and well stocked kitchen. Close to trail with easy walking access to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    The location is about as good as it get. It’s very close to town and right at the bottom of lift 7. It is on the more challenging side of the mountain but also is very close to the gondola for access to the mountain village and easier side of the mountain. Really good food options in the town of Telluride.
