Mikes condo is beautiful and well maintained and in a perfect location. Coconut Point Mall is 5 minutes. Promenade restaurants are 7 minutes. The pools here at spring run are wonderful and we’ll kept. The grounds are beautiful. We love riding our bikes and going for walks here. We enjoyed our stay here and our host was perfect.

Our stay at Spring Run was a lot of fun. My brother, a friend and I rented the condo as a way to escape the northeast winter. We stayed ~5 weeks, working during the day and golfing whenever we could. It worked out great. The Spring Run golf course is awesome - we played at least 10 times and it never got old. There are also many courses within 20-30 minutes of the community. Michael was super helpful before/during our stay, always responding to our questions quickly. Overall we had a ton of fun and hope to come back in the future. Thanks again for having us.

This was our second year of renting this unit at Spring Run and it was even better than last year which was excellent. The unit was sparkling clean as we expected and was comfortably furnished and adequately supplied with bedding, dishware etc. The golf course is very nice and challenging and the people we met and played with were wonderful. My wife played MahJong and I golfed and we had a wonderful time and are looking forward to next year.

This is our second year staying at Spring Run and it was even better than the first year which was great.The golf course was a year more mature than the first year and has really come into its own. The people there are very friendly and welcoming to both my wife and myself and really made us feel at home. That is not the case in some properties where you can be made to feel like an intruder. The property itself is very well maintained and landscaped with beautiful dining areas and good food. We attended game nights each week and again were made welcome by our neighbors. You couldn't ask for a better experience than we had and are looking forward to next year. The unit we rented from Mr. Valenti was sparkling clean on our arrival with well stocked kitchen and high end TV and cable connections.

We have had a bad experience with this rental. We arrived to a very dirty unit, apparently no one cleaned it and no one checked to see if it was cleaned prior to our arrival. There were few cleaning supplies so we had to buy. It took us a day and half to clean the condo. We had several repairs that had to be made to the unit, and this took 18 days of our first month. The maintenance man was unavailable as he works and is older and has had a health issues. He was unable to fix one of the toilets so we had to turn on and off the water or it would run all day and night and keeps us awake as it was the master bath right off the master bedroom. The smoke alarms that are 14 feet up as it is a high beam ceiling went off in the middle of the night two nights and we had no way to get to them. After letting the maintenance man know and he not being able to come out for 4 days we had to pay to have the maintenance man from Spring Run fix them for us. The bathtub had a running leak, but that got fix. The garbage disposal was stuck and again we had to wait. The couch is very uncomfortable and since this unit has high ceilings and no carpet it is cold and echos There are too many more things to add ,so my recomendations is not to rent until the owner considers the comfort of his renters. his unit is the same price as much nicer ones in Spring Run.

We have vacationed in the Bonita Spring area for the past thirteen years and have rented many units. This unit was one of the best. The view from the lanai is terrific and the unit itself is nicely appointed. There is easy access to the whole area.

The best thing about our winter stay in this condo was the owner! he would respond to any question or concern we had. The location is ideal and the unit comfortable. Spring Run is a delightful community and has all the activities you would expect in a Florida setting. The location is surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and is an easy drive to bike trails, parks and beaches. Over looking the 5th green on this newly renovated golf course was relaxing and interesting. The course is in excellent condition and all the employees of the facility are friendly and excellent in doing their job. We will be back!!!!

The decour in this condo is very tasteful and the lanai is heaven. The community pool is literally steps away and Coconut Point, which is filled with all kinds of stores, is a 30 minute walk. My children and grandchildren rode bicycles everywhere. And it's also a very short drive to the beach. We loved our stay and absolutely will return. Mike is a fabulous gentleman to work with – he answers your emails within minutes. We rate this with our highest recommendation. We are so happy that we chose this condo. As indicated, it was recently remodeled and even more beautiful than the photos. All furnishings and décor are tasteful. We love eating dinner on the lanai overlooking the golf course. Michael, the owner is attentive and proactive, communicating well and responding to all of our questions. This enhanced our vacation experience. Spring Run is in an excellent location in Bonita Springs, close to beaches, nice restaurants, and shopping. Everyone we met in the community was friendly and made us feel welcome. The golf course is nice. It was closed for a few days but we had a chance to also golf at other nice reciprocal courses.
