Welcome to our beachfront Estero Beach and Tennis Club property located at the South-end of Fort Myers Beach. Our unit has recently been updated with new kitchen and furniture. This beach front condo has many amenities to make your stay comfortable including Free Wi-Fi, cable, linens and towels, a divider between the bedroom area andfamily room and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities of home. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.



The Estero Beach and Tennis Club complex has a large heated swimming pool with poolside lounge chairs, BBQs, an open parking lot, tennis courts, and walking trails. Enjoy walking on the sandy beach and Gulf of Mexico water at your doorstep. There are many venues within walking distance including Santini Plaza (restaurants and shops), a CVS and Pincher's Beach Bar. A local trolley can take you to Lovers Key or to the North-end of Fort Myers Beach (Time Square area). Make this condo your next vacation spot!

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *



This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat-Sat (from Christmas to Easter)NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
