We were lucky to rent this condo for 6 weeks! We certainly were happy with the choice we made! The condo is located in a fairly new complex of about 64 units! The grounds are beautifully maintained! Lots of flowers, bushes, Palm trees! Well lit paths at night! It has a pool and hot tub, large fire pit surrounded by sofas and chairs and lots of comfortable chairs and umbrellas around the pool! Again all well maintained! The location of the complex is the best! You can walk to most places… to town, a couple of grocery stores, drug store, great restaurants and bars, coffee shops and much more! Everything is between 5 minutes to 20 minutes away! The condo itself is very well appointed! It is welcoming and has a nice appeal! It is very comfortable from the large sectional to the bed to the chairs and outdoors terraces! The kitchen is well stocked and has good appliances! There are three small terraces with lovely flowers and again comfortable furniture! There is a great view of the mountains and palm trees! Needless to say we very much enjoyed the condo! The host was super! She provided all information required to have a good stay! She was very responsive and available whenever we contacted her! She quickly dealt with an issue with the washer! It was repaired immediately! We felt very supported by our host! You could not ask for better! We would highly recommend this condo! Everything is awesome…condo, complex, location and of course Palm Springs!

Great place. Close to downtown. Swimming pool was great. Could use Pickleball courts instead of under-utilized park area.
