Escape to Paradise: Beachfront Condo with Breathtaking Gulf Views!

Nice location with great views of the sunset right from balcony. Just steps down to the beach and pool. Restaurants are close by, and kitchen that works for limited cooking. I was surprised by a $45 fee for parking, but otherwise good. Would definitely recommend for couples or a small family.

A home from home with amazing views

Condo 602 was clean, quiet and had everything we needed including beach chairs, an umbrella and a buggy to get it all to and from the beach! The best part was the view and the balcony! The entire wall facing the gulf is glass and the view is spectacular! Could not be happier with the experience and hopefully will get to visit again!

You can not beat the beautiful views. This is a lovely vacation spot!

The property is in a great location. The beach is absolutely gorgeous! The pool and hot tub area were very nice. There is a restaurant on site. Sunsets amazing!

Barbara’s condo has everything that you will need for a relaxing stay at the beach, she has thought of everything that you could need. You will see beautiful sunsets and you will see dolphins every day from the porch. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our week there. Hope we can make it back there soon.

Wonderful location and property! The beach and pool are perfect. We love the relaxed slow pace of the island. Great for people that want to relax with family or enjoy a little time away from the busy everyday grind. This location and unit are very nice and quiet. This rental is equipped with beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers-really everything you need! Staff at the property and vacationing here have been very nice. Owner had been very responsive and easy to rent from. We will be back

The condo was as advertised. Check-in directions were very thorough and clear. The view from the condo was great. The bed was very comfortable. The umbrellas, coolers and beach chairs were great to have since we flew for our vacation. I would not hesitate renting this unit again. It was perfect for our 3-night stay. Sunsets from the balcony were wonderful.

Stayed 4 nights in April/May. Air conditioning worked great, space was as described. Gorgeous beach view, and beach access just out the rear of the condo. So handy to have very close parking, beach just steps away, and a restaurant on the first floor if wanted. We used beach chairs and umbrella every day. We never used the cart, but it appeared to be a beach cornhole game on wheels that you could strap something to, not an actual cart. Kitchen had what we needed (coffee maker with reusable pod for ground coffee), plates, cups, utensils. Lots of pots and pans we didn’t use. I enjoyed watching the occasional dolphin on the patio each morning. Check-in was a little frustrating. Process: get keys as described by host, THEN use largest key on left of sliding doors to access lobby to obtain parking pass from front desk. Once I figured that out, it was a breeze :)I would say this is not a particularly family friendly condo (it was just 2 of us, so no big deal). But it is located within 1/2 mile to yummy restaurants (Oyster Society, Fin, or Pinchers) and an ice cream shop as well as a few souvenir shops. We enjoyed a day of riding around the island on bikes as well. It was a relaxing time, and the condo was the perfect spot for us!

Our host was excellent. Very responsive at all times. View from the balcony was second to none. Very clean and well cared for unit. We had everything we needed.

The amenities in the condo were fantastic. They were very comfortable, and there were items to help us prepare meals. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had access to all the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, and they were conveniently located with a cool beach cart that could be transformed into a table at the beach. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! We had such a great time that we’ve already booked our stay for next year.

Great communications, wonderful location and perfect accommodation

We had an amazing stay! Barbara was so informative and we had everything we needed. And the location is ideal for some fun in the sun especially in the winter.

This location is phenomenal. The beach front property and balcony views are amazing. We loved sitting on balcony and watching for dolphins. Unit is clean and owner responsive and easy to deal with. The only mentionable negative is that the bed is terribly uncomfortable, lumpy, as in difficult to turn over due to the lumps. Pillows were also uncomfortable. I hate giving less than a top rating as we really enjoy this unit, but bed needs replacing for a top rating.

Fantastic! The absolute best condo on the beach. The host was great and very responsive. This unit is equipped with everything you need to enjoy South Marco. We will be booking this unit again!

Would stay there again. Minor issues but nothing that could over shadow the accommodations, location and ease of talking to property owner.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exactly as shown in pictures and how it was described. Super clean, great AC, plenty of towels and beach supplies. The view from the balcony was spectacular! Cannot wait to stay again!

Great apartment, with all that we needed to have a nice short vacation. The view from the balcony was incredible and the apartment has plenty of chairs, coolers, etc to bring down to the beach.Host answered our inquires immediately, and make sure to go above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.We will for sure return!!

This condo was perfect for my Fiance and I! My best friend was getting married on the beach in Marco Island and this condo was only 15 mins walking distance from where they were having the ceremony. The condo had all the amenities we needed, check in was super easy and fast and the lady at the front desk provided all the info we needed to get around. Barbara was a very attentive host, answering all my (silly) questions in a timely manner. A plaza with a bunch of delicious places to eat was only 15 mins walking distance, there are so many cool shells to find when the tide goes out and every night we got to watch the beautiful sunset over the ocean from our balcony. Definitely a cute little place to stay!

This condo was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I would highly recommend.

Location is perfect. From balcony see beach, ocean, birds, dolphins, sunset, moon set. Walk downstairs and you are literally on the beach. Restaurant in building is a nice bonus. Owner responds quickly to any questions.

Overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was a stove with an oven instead of just a cook top.Also, there was only one functioning elevator for a building of that size.

All we needed was available and our stay quite comfortable. My only suggestion would be to install screen on the beautiful balcony to be able to enjoy the ocean breeze in the living room without worrying about insects.

We loved this condo, perfect size for just me and my husband. We love to shell and this condo is in the perfect location. We will be back for sure!

Cozy, well appointed 1 bedroom condo was perfect for a couples retreat in December.

The place was exactly as described, very clean, very responsive host!! 5 star for sure! Hope we get a chance to stay again…

We came down to Marco Island for a short birthday get-a-way. Location was great, right on the water. We watched dolphins every morning from our balcony. Sunsets are spectacular! Close to many excursions and restaurants. Restaurant/bar on-site was an added bonus! Barbara was very responsive and the condo staff was nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again!

First time to the island and we chose a great place to stay. Beautiful views and great sunsets from the balcony. It's nice that you are right on the beach, just a short stroll down the walkway.
