ESCAPE to enjoy the most beautiful SUNSETS on the Gulf of Mexico!!!

Our stay was wonderful. Place was very clean and the location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants and drinking establishments. A CVS walking distance for those last minute things you may forget. Debbie was very accommodating and attentive. I highly recommend staying at her condo on the beautiful beach with a clean pool in the property. The grill was super easy to use, made hot dogs for lunch. What a great experience!

Our family of five loved this place. So close to the beach and we were able to enjoy the pool as well. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved how close we were from the beach & the pool water was very clean! The condo was pretty clean & we had everything we needed. Showers had great water pressure & the door combination lock worked out great! Sleeping was a little rough in Master bedroom cause you will hear vehicles driving by constantly.. Bring air plugs & your favorite pillow. A/C worked great! Parking garage was nice & convenient. Overall very happy! I would definitely come back

Kids loved the warm pool and we all enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every evening on the beach. The condo is in a perfect spot for walking to local restaurants and shops.

Very clean lots of room for the 4 of us. Pool was great and nice place to watch sunsets. Great that we could walk to so many restaurants and bars.

Amazing access to an uncrowded beach! Loved being able to walk out to beach. The unit was clean and perfect for our family. Being on the street side, there was a little more traffic noise than I am used to. Otherwise great stay!

We enjoyed staying on the Gulf. Beach and pool were great. We barbecued on the grill and enjoyed several of the restaurants that were within walking distance.

The location was great…the beach was out the back door and lots of eating places close by! The host was immediately responsive to questions and comments. The second bedroom with twin beds was perfect for our grandchildren.

We have stayed at this property multiple time. It has always been great! The condo is always very clean upon our arrival. Stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend this property and the host is wonderful to work with, very responsive!

We had an amazing time! This location is perfect between Clearwater and St.Pete so it is great for day trips. One of our favorite things was the included pool after a hot day at the beach! Although the parking was a little tight for our mini van we made it work. We walked to the bakery and ice cream shop almost every day and there are multiple shops and restaurants in walking radius. Overall I highly recommend this rental!

Our condo was very nice. No ocean view that it clearly states but we didn’t spend much time in the property. Pool was nice and clean and the short walk from the pool to the ocean was literally steps away. Definitely recommend.

Very nice condo. Just needs a deep clean. Tiles in main bathroom needs serious scrubbing. Looks like cleaners just do a minimal amount of cleaning. Found a few dishes that were questionable to whether they were washed or not. Also, my husbands feet were black on the bottom from the floors...so they are not cleaned every time. Ceiling fan was quite dirty. Overall, it was a good stay.

We had such a great stay at Debbie's place. It was exactly as advertised, literally steps from the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. There are excellent restaurants right across the street and I was expecting to see more damage in the area from the hurricanes but the property looks great and the area seems to be back to normal. We will definitely be back! Debbie was so acommodating and welcoming. Our stay was perfect! Thank you for everything!

Everything about this stay was as described in the listing. It was close to great food and drink. The beach was steps away and the pool area was great for relaxing.

What a great spot to stay at IRB! Debbie was very responsive to any questions I had. The property was clean and was appropriately equipped for a family stay at the beach. We didn't get to utilize the pool, but it looked well maintained. The small cabanas by the pool were great to sit at for a meal to each with a great view of the beach, especially in the evening when the temperature is cooler. It was convenient to many of the local restaurants and shops as well. My only negative review is the washer--maybe need to have major cleaning of it as it looked like there was mold by the door.
