Escape The Crowds, Gulf Side View, Free Wifi

We really enjoyed our stay for the week. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were all large and updated. The condo was very clean. And my husband is very particular about cleaning. Patio furniture was really nice and we spent a lot of time out on the balcony when we weren’t on the beach or at the pool. Tiki bar was a nice amenity. A little expensive, but a nice splurge on vacation. Close to great restaurants and shopping, but not in the middle of the crowds that we could see further up the beach. Beach chair service included was definitely a plus. There is a drainage ditch beside the condo, on the beach, that is a bit of an eye sore, but other than that, everything was just perfect. Definitely recommend!

Directly in front doing major infrastructure on road,design of parking garage is a disaster to get to covered walkway connecting to condos.Our balcony over looked a sewage pipe that drains into ocean. Just nasty black yuk.The condo had everything you need in the kitchen with the exception of an outdated Mr.Coffee.A Kcup would be better,The furniture was nice except the living room all the fabric furniture was so dirty ,faded and even had screw sticking the back of your leg.No complaints about hostess. Conda needs to replace mattresses,one like sleeping on a board,other was so soft your sunken into it and you could see they were stained and dirty because the spread didnt cover the end, no bedskit on one so I checked the other that had a bed skirt,Pillows also needs replaced .The only plus to staying there was it was very clean and well stocked and hostess was nice.M.drm has patio door opening to balcony which was nice.Would I stay there again ? We loved the location and relatively sparsely populated beach. We’ve stayed at several condos where the beach was packed with people and this was very relaxing. Also very convenient to the Pier and other amenities. Condo was spacious, clean, and wonderful, and the owner was wonderful with communication and flexibility

We just got back from a week's stay in this condo and enjoyed every minute. There were a couple of issues when we got there but Dino was already aware of them and they were fixed quickly. Perfect location - close to Pier Park and a grocery store. Not a super crowded beach area. Elevators were quick. We LOVED having three full bathrooms since we had 8 people with us. Our only complaint was the $50 parking fee we had to pay per car. This should be included in the stay. Other than that, great week and will hopefully have the chance to stay here again!

Condo was unit 1404. My wife and I and our 2 teenage kids stayed here mainly to attend Gulf Coast Jam. This unit is in Sterling Breeze, which we have stayed at multiple times. We love the beach access, pool, amenities, etc. It is within 10-15 minute walking distance to Pier Park, and was also a reasonable walking distance to Frank Brown Park where the concert was being held. The unit itself was clean, spacious, updated sufficiently, and had all the basic necessities that we needed. We were a party of 4, but a party of 6 would fit comfortably as well. The balcony is large with nice balcony furniture and an updated electric grill. The entire Sterling Breeze complex has improved significantly over the past few years. The elevators are especially improved...they used to be very slow but now they are quick with very minimal wait times. There's a nice pool, hot tub, firepit, and a bar/grill that has also improved in recent years with plenty of drink and food options. Would definitely stay in this unit again if needed.

We loved everything about it. Everything is exactly as listed. The beach was way less crowded than other condos we’ve stayed in the past. Beautiful condo. Owner was easy to get in touch with, always replied quickly with answers to our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival, parking deck was half empty so that was a plus. Resort is nice and quiet, great for families. Enjoyed the convenience of being close to everything. Stayed in room 1404, very clean and kitchen was stocked. Property owner was very responsive. Definitely will want to stay here again. Downside is the elevator. There is only one functioning for the entire resort. It’s a mess at peak times. I hope it’s fixed promptly because it’s definitely an inconvenience at times.

This unit is great for multiple families. We had two families (8 people) and this unit was perfect. Having 3 bathrooms was so nice! Dino was very easy to reach and made sure everything was in place prior to arriving. The room was clean and spacious. The location is on the quiet end of PCB and the beach was not crowded compared to others areas, but still convenient to Pier Park and Back Beach Rd to get to Thomas Dr and the other end of Front Beach quickly. Overall, we will definitely stay here again!
