Stayed Aug 2, 2025Good location for access to mainland, Monteo, and outer banks. Enjoyed daily community craft activities and access to community pool (especially since beaches were double red flag every day we were there). The elevator made it easy to bring stuff up from car to condo. Nice office nook allowed me to catch up on work in morning s before kids got up. View of marina & sunsets from balcony was nice.

Stayed Jul 11, 2021We loved our week here! Only wish we had more time as it was so hot we did not get to use the tennis, volleyball etc. The view was lovely, the sunset cruise on Crystal Dawn was awesome, walking to dinner at Blue Water grill was delicious! Highly recommend this property, well stocked, clean, perfectly decorated, comfortable. :)

Stayed Jun 20, 2020We stayed here while fishing for Tuna and the location was perfect since we kept our boat at the dock slip below us. The condo was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (even a filet knife!), the drawers and closets and pantry were all so spacious. I loved the floor plan with the big windows and the porch was perfect for early morning coffee (on days not fishing). Our boys loved the soft reclining sofa/chairs and even slept in them! We really hated to leave! We felt so fortunate that we found your place. Thank you for everything!
