Stayed Dec 31, 1969I have been vacationing at New Smyrna Beach since 1977 and have seen some beautiful views, however, none of them compares to the view from this oceanfront unit. Unit 302 is on the top of my list. The unit is very comfortable and felt very home like. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The unit was very nice but needs updates in the kitchen, bathrooms, dining room table. Master bedroom needs a new mattress. The kitchen was very well equipped but would be nice to have a pantry for groceries. In order to give guest space in the master bedroom the numerous amount of towels need to be stored somewhere else. We had the maintenance man come by but he never got back with us about how to turn the balcony light on. One last think would be great to re-furnish the balcony furniture with high chairs & tables. Thank you. See you in December 2022

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed in oceanfront unit 302 Errol By the Sea. This third floor unit provides excellent views of the Atlantic on the no drive section of New Smyrna Beach. I enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from the balcony, the beautiful pool and courtyard area and the convenience of the private, gated stairs down to the beach. The interior of the unit offers plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, a king bed in the master and twin beds in the guest room along with a number of beach necessities (chairs, cart, etc.). The kitchen was well stocked and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. I took off one star as the kitchen and two baths need updating, but that did not interfere with us enjoying our stay.
