As you continue down the hallway, you will see a vented door. Behind this door is the in-unit BRAND NEW LG Wash Tower. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are available in the bedroom closet for guest's complimentary use.

Next to the vented door, you will see an enclosure for a cozy bedroom with high-ceiling closet. This space gives way to:

For first time guests staying over 1 week (7 nights), there will an additional cleaning fee of $100 every 7 nights in lieu of the $125 cleaning fee. Housekeeping will come into the unit to clean every 8th day during your stay. This additional charge will be sent through VRBO. By booking stays over 7 nights, you agree to pay any additional amount to be determined based on your trip length as outlined above minus $125 fee that was already paid.

The condo is a locked building with a keypad at the building entrance and keyless entry on the loft front door. All common areas for the condo building are under 24/7 surveillance including the private gated garage.

No Partying. No smoking. No recreational drugs. Not 420 friendly. No unregistered guests. No weapons.

We do have a strict no party, smoking, recreational drugs, unregistered guests, weapon, or excessive noise policy. Guests will immediately forfeit their security deposit of $500 if they break this policy or receive a complaint.

Please only allow the number of registered guests in the unit. You must invite your additional guests on VRBO reservation in order for them to count as registered. We monitor our Ring Door Bell as do our neighbors. Unless previous permission was granted, any excess guests not included on the reservation upon booking will not be allowed in the unit and you will be asked to leave the property immediately, fined $60 per extra unregistered person and forfeit all fees including security deposit. There is no rescheduling of dates beyond your original check in date once booked under any circumstances.
