Entire Condo in the Heart of Downtown Greensboro!

Great condo. Very clean and well stocked with needed kitchen and bath items. Close to many restaurants.

Wonderful location. So comfy & tidy. Loved the downtown vibe. Great communication with host. We will be staying here again.

cozy apartment, clean and quiet. the location is awesome, walkable to coffee and rooftop bars and restaurants. quaint town, feels safe. the parking is a bit trickier. if it's a busy weekend, you can't park close to the apartment and you end up walking a bit with your luggage and gear. not a big deal but slightly inconvenient. overall, a great stay.

We had an enjoyable stay during our time in Greensboro. The condo itself is one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in! The pictures of the interior of the condo are spot on, but we would have appreciated photos of the building itself.

We enjoyed our stay! Property was just as advertised! She even included coffee! It was a cute n cozy space with everything we needed a just a short walk from the nightlife. Can't wait to stay again!

Great place, clean, good location. FYI, 1. You need 3 different codes to get into the condo. Keep them on you at all times! Getting locked out is not fun. 2. During the week it will cost you 15 a day to park. There is a garage right around the corner. You can keep your car there overnight. Weekends are free and there are spots right in front and along the side of the building. Easy walk to plenty of shops and restaurants.

I have stayed at Karen's properties many times in my frequent travels to Greensboro, and anticipate many more times to come in the future. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, had a lovely snack & coffee station, and was perfectly welcoming. I keep coming back to this as the perfect location, easy access to everything downtown but quieter than other spots I have tried. Karen is consistently a friendly and responsive host; one of the best I've encountered. I highly recommend booking this apartment!

Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed staying here :) it was a nice clean place and beautiful! ! But… Finding parking and entering the property was a bit difficult- 3 door codes to get in and lugging all the luggage up the stairs was challenging with having to park far- pack light if you stay here - another thing was , the whole complex smelled of weed- I wasn’t very happy with That- as it was me and my 10 year old daughter staying together- this is a better place for young couples - but not really young children- the neighborhood was a typical downtown style- nice ,but I didn’t feel the safest with my daughter at night - and having to park far and walk- tenant reserved parking would have been nice The bed was very comfortable, the property was very clean- and the building was secure - I would come back again with no kids next time - not really a kid friendly area- in my opinion - lesson learned

Well equipped in central and convenient location.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Location right downtown near shops and restaurants and about a mile from UNCG! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of street parking. It was nice to have laundry in the apartment. We would happily stay again!

Stayed at this property for two nights, visiting my daughter who's a student at UNCG. This place was great -- close to campus and downtown spots. Street parking was easy to find over the weekend, and free. Unit itself was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen looked well-stocked, though I didn't use anything other than the coffee maker! Family room is gorgeous with the brick wall and huge windows. Wifi was good, and the big screen TV in the family room had all the usual apps. Would definitely stay here again!

Needed a quiet place to take refuge for a few days and this was perfect. Great location and very clean!

The unit was excellent. The issue was my husband is a 65-year-old senior and did not enjoy caring 200 pounds of luggage upstairs given there was no elevator.

As a concert enthusiast I look for a place that is close to the venue (yes) has a good check in time and check out time (yes) is clean with plenty of towels and might even offer coffee in house (yes!). We had a great time and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay! Karen was accommodating, kept the place clean, and communication was excellent. She was thoughtful to needs of us travelers and had everything we needed for an extended stay.
