Stayed Jun 6, 2025Location, location, location. If you want to stay in a fantastic property and with a super downtown location, this is the property! I stayed at the property for 2 months and it was the best VRBO experience I have ever had. You can easily walk anywhere downtown. Food, bars and shopping are all within blocks of this location.

Stayed Jan 13, 2025I found this apartment 2 months before needing to work at the State Capitol, and couldn't have picked a better location! The owner, Patrick, was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive, and easy to work with. The entire setup was perfect for what was needed for 5-1/2 months. The location is in the heart of downtown: tons of restaurants, bars, entertainment and includes parking in a garage that is 1/2 block away. I hope for an opportunity to stay here again in the near future.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024This spacious condo was exactly what I needed for my 6 week work trip to Austin. It had a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, towels/linen, plenty of storage/closet space, and an on-site gym. A great home away from home! The condo was located in a very convenient location downtown - plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance, and lots of bus stops nearby too (for those without a car). Patrick was a great host and very responsive to my queries, and gave me some great food recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.
