Upstairs: The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a shared bath with shower/tub combo. Downstairs: Kitchen, bathroom (shower) and living room. This condo does not have an elevator or washer dryer in the unit, but there is a laundry room just across the lawn.

The amenities at Ocean Club includepool, tennis, shuffleboard, grills on the pool deck and a gazebo to relax and read a book.
