Stayed Sep 2, 2023Reallllly love this place! The view here is just amazing and even though there isn’t air conditioning, having the slider and the ceiling fans on, helped a lot. The bedroom is huge and the overall layout of the living room was very nice! My husband & I really want to come back for a longer stay. Lincoln City has become our “go to” for the coast! ??

Stayed Sep 29, 2022Condo itself clean and beautiful.Saturday 7:30am were awoken to loud pounding on all roofs.It lasted till 7:30 pm that night. No quiet time very dissappointed.Our anniversary ruined.No privacy we are in top floor and contractors dropping shingles with nails all over.Could not enjoy Balcony even though weather was beautiful. They should of told us.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay in this condo. It is comfortable and has a nice view of the bay. Looking forward to staying again in the spring.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very nice. But this is the second time we have stayed in this unit and had a problem locking the door/box when we check out.
