Enjoy the Indoor Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna! New Beds, Great location!

Great location. Reasonably priced. Clean and neat. Good communication with hosts.

Tubs didn't have any non-slide adhesives on the bottom. Other than that, everything was great.

What a gem! This beautiful condo had everything our group of four needed. It was spacious and very clean.Plenty of dinnerware and cookware to use. Easy access, and close to the strip, yet far enough away, not to hear a lot of noise. We did not use the outdoor pool, but the hot tub and indoor pool were accessible and used a couple times while we were there. Nice balcony. Comfortable beds. Definitely would stay here again.

Great clean and roomy space! Kids had own room and bath. Balcony overlooked road so not a quiet peaceful place to relax. We were busy and not in the room much so it wasn’t a big deal.

The location of this condo is great. It is just south of the strip. Far enough away to not be in all the congestion, but close enough to get to things relatively quickly. The condo itself was fine, but the floors were really dirty. Our boys walked around in their white socks and before long they were a dark brown.

The place was great. The location was off of the strip, but you could hit the backroads and be anywhere in Branson. The place was clean and well furnished, down to coffee and snacks

The condo is clean and pictures are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked. There were pods and dryer sheets in the laundry area. The pool was nice and not excessively busy. The listing stated there was a grill on site but we were unable to locate it. We asked property manager where it was and they said they would look into it and get back with us but they never did. We had grill as one of the required amenities so we were disappointed that the listing was incorrect. Assortment of games and cards was nice.

The condo was perfect and in the best location in the middle of everything. It was very clean. It included everything we needed.

Was an amazing stay and was very responsive when I had a question or even to let them know when a light was burnt out. Will definitely be staying here again. Was in a perfect location in town close enough to everything but far enough away to not be bombarded with all the traffic noise.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The description is very accurate and the location can’t be beat. This was our second stay and we’ll be staying again in the future.

Property was clean, had plenty of dishware, flatware, pots and pans, coffee pot etc. it was nice and close to the main strip and not too far from silver dollar city. The jets for the pool area hot tub didn’t work and there was a sign at the entrance to the pool that said “no children in diapers allowed,” which was disappointing. The fire Marshall came for an inspection toward the end of our stay, but we did get notice 24 hours in advance. Overall though, we had a nice time.

Great place to stay. The location is close to everything! Property was clean and well-equipped. Direct and detailed communication of instructions for check-in, stay and check-out. Would definitely stay here again.

I took my daughter and her two teenage kids to Branson for spring break. It was the perfect place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone, well stocked kitchen, nice parking right in front of unit and easy to check in and out. Close to many attractions and restaurants.

All was as described. Only disappointment was the hot tub at the clubhouse was not working properly

Was a great clean place to stay. Heater worked great. Balcony was beautiful. Pool/hot tub a plus with kids. Conveniently located! Only down side is you can hear everyone above you. Owners are great. A ton of board games for us. Overall would go back again.

Very well kept property. Very home like feeling. Everything you will need to cook and take care of yourself. Owners were extremely responsive and wonderful. Would stay here again if back we are back in the area. Very convenient location to the strip and lakes

We've stayed in Branson several times but I'm not very good at picking out the perfect location despite our frequent visits. Well, that changed with this trip when we stayed in The Foothills. We were literally 5 minutes from anywhere without being in the middle of traffic. It was great. Even better, the condo was spacious with 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed and an attached bath both with 2 bowl sinks. I saved the homeowner's phone number in my contacts as we will be calling on them again when we come to Branson. Perfect!!

This was a nice place and quiet neighborhood. Close to all of the Branson attractions. Definitely recommend.

The condo was spacious and comfortable, with lots of kitchen equipment, towels, other amenities, and close to family attractions. We would definitely stay here again.
