Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed in this condo for 3 1/2 months and really enjoyed it. The condo is extremely clean and equipped with everything imaginable to make our stay the best. We realized right away we wanted to book it for next year and did so. Sandy makes it very easy to contact and takes care of everything right away. We loved the beautiful views from inside and also the deck. The condo, building and grounds are the best in the area. We have stayed in Sand Key for several years and this year was by far the best!! We highly recommend this condo!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969One of the most amazing condos we've stayed in a long time. Everything in this place was spectacular with all the amenities, pools, beautiful beach, and such nice people. Sandy was always available and answered all our questions. This place is fully furnished with everything imaginable. The master bathroom is one of a kind. The apartment is bright and very clean. This is the perfect place for families. Will definitely be returning.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent a delightful six months at this Ultimar condo. The unit was super clean, with every kitchen item imaginable furnished. The grounds were immaculate. With three swimming pools and the beach literally just steps away, it truly was resort living. The owners are extremely nice people. We hope to return soon.
